It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. 7 min walk to the metro ST Denis-université, line 13, small single-storey house of 50 m2 with a terrace with outdoor tables and a garden with trees. I offer 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, a dressing room and a desk, plus a 90 cm mezzanine bed above one of the beds. There is a living room with TV with a corner sofa convertible into a double bed, a kitchen equipped with a high bar table, a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.)
