Mye av leiligheten ble i fjor oppgradert, blant annet da nymalte vegger og kjøkken, nytt gulv og dusj og alt av møbler. Buss i umiddelbar nærhet, og ca 15 min kjøring til Hafjell og Hunderfossen.
