The apartment is located in the middle of Kaldvell nature reserve which is an eldorado of hiking trails, swimming beaches and nature experiences. We have designed the apartment to be a perfect fit for a small family or 4 people. It has a large sunny terrace with its own gas grill so you can enjoy outdoor food on late south evenings. The apartment is located 100 meters from the sea and has child-friendly beaches just 5-10 min walk away:) The apartment is also only 20 - 25 minutes from the zoo.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

Det er ca 15 min å kjøre til Kristiansand dyrepark, 7 min til Lillesand sentrum og ca 5 min til Brekkestø. Bademuligheter med ca 3 min kjøreavstand er Saltviga og Justøya bibelcamping Leiligheten har to soverom. I det ene er det en dobbeltseng, i det andre en dobbeltseng og enkeltseng. Det er åpen stue/kjøkken løsning, en hems med to madrasser og en veranda. Sengetøy og håndklær følger med.
