It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.
