The place was very clean and the entrance to the beach was directly in front of the airbnb. Amazing spot, plus it gave a comfortable coastal home vibe. Would recommend staying here!

It’s a wonderful beach and beautiful surroundings. The pool was a nice size. It didn’t feel overcrowded. The balcony with the table and chairs had a great view of the ocean.

Beautiful place! Amazing view. It was perfect for our extended family vacation. Heated indoor pool, our door pool with fun slide, and so easy to access beach! Close to great restaurants and church. Place was clean and had everything necessary for a long weekend trip. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space and storage. We had a perfect trip.

The convenience is perfect! You have a pretty short walk to the beach and pools are directly outside the rooms. You must try the coffee shop! I was pleasantly surprised at the restaurant and bar located on the resort. The condo has just about everything you’ll need. Just bring food, clothes and sunblock. This is very family friendly and even on a Friday night, everyone was quiet pretty early. The beds were so comfortable and there streaming services to watch if you need some down time from the beach. We had a wonderful stay here. I grew up going to Portofino with my family, and wanted to take my own children. Check in is super easy, the room was clean with a beautiful view. Easy access to the pool and beach. I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! Beach right across the street, with private access. Clean space. Nice kitchen. Balcony faces the beach which is a beautiful and relaxing sight. Very helpful, kind, and responsive host.

Enjoyed staying here! Very clean and an easy walk to the beach! Dylan was very responsive when I reached out to him. I had a hard time finding a place to rent that would take my 2 small dogs that was within my budget but this was a perfect fit! Not many restaurants nearby but I did not mind driving to Gulf Shores to eat. I would definitely recommend to rent this house!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

. Mike and Shari are welcoming hosts and easy to communicate with. This is a great place! lt's clean, comfortable and peaceful. It's well stocked with everything you need. It's in walking distance of the beach and it has beautiful views of the Bay. This was our second time here and we definitely plan on coming back.

This was a very nice home away from home. Had everything you would at home. Stove, fridge, washer and dryer, utensils, along with being clean. Perfect location on a quiet street just off the main road so you were still close to restaurants, attractions, and only minutes from the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Terri’s cottage. We were in town for our summer vacation. The cottage was perfect for the two of us. It was an easy drive to the beach and far enough away to enjoy the quiet to be able to relax. Terri made some great recommendations for restaurants while we were in town and was very responsive to my questions.

This place is great! Quick drive to the beach and very close to local restaurants and night life. The place was clean, nicely updated, and our dog absolutely loved the back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. If you bring a dog, I highly recommend the Bayview Dog Beach, which is a 5 min drive away & a great little park to explore. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place!!! House is clean, well stocked and decorated lovely! AC is so cold and works fantastic - nice to walk into after a hot day at the beach/pool! Beds comfortable too! The shuttle to/from the beach club was fantastic and we enjoyed the golf cart to take night drives around the neighborhood. Excellent communication with host and very accommodating. Even the bus drivers and community gate guards were amazing! We would most definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

This apartment was absolutely superb! The view was lovely, very safe and quiet. Definitely recommend this apartment to anyone going to Pensacola Beach!

Both pools and splash pad were fantastic! The view was just what I was looking forward to, it made our time relaxing and happy. The place was conveniently located to several wonderful places to eat. Everything was just what we needed!

We stayed at the Seagull for 5 nights. The house was even more beautiful in person, the view amazing, and everything that you could possibly need for comfort and functionality was provided. Our hosts were super friendly and responded promptly to my many questions. By far the most amazing house we’ve ever rented and I’m sure it’s the first of many times that we will be back.

The condo was very nice and smelled clean. The view was beautiful and the walk to the beach was just crossing the street. The host was very accommodating with an early check-in even though I ended up not needing it. I only gave 4 stars because the instructions on entering the unit with the provided code wasn’t clear. We got in around 7pm and had to wait outside for like 10 minutes before getting a call back. Not a long wait at all, but after being on a long drive we were a little annoyed by that. Other than that everything was amazing!

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay at the private pool house, it was quiet and peaceful and we get to spend some time together since we’re so busy with our work schedules. The home decor reminds us of being at an actual beach and basking in the sun. K is a very great and friendly host she’s was always there when we needed her and responds as quickly as possible.We would definitely stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Pensacola.
