Monthly Rentals in Lilydale

Sandy’s place was a light well equipped clean, safe place to stay. I was lucky enough to get at a reduced rate so was a good value for money place to stay while visiting family. There is a dwelling upstairs and noises carried down but was not a problem for me. There is another Airbnb on the property, again, no problem. As it is the bottom floor of a house and winter time and it has quite a lot of glass windows and doors, it was quite cold and the heating didn’t feel quite adequate but after a while, it did do the job, just. A lot of the heat probably travels up the stairs to the rest of the house. There were a lot of beautiful pieces of pottery throughout.

Felt right at home and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Peaceful and private yet close enough to town should you need anything. It’s in a great spot close to walking/ bike tracks and the bath was a bonus! Generous continental breakfast and enjoyed the classic selection of DVD’s available. Would recommend to others! I had a great stay in Jans property. It was a beautiful house, super clean and she was flexible with checkout time. The electric blanket and heaters in the bedroom were an extra bonus.

My partner and I really enjoyed our time at Emily's place. It's right on the edge of the Yara valley making it very convenient to reach all of the winery's and sights on offer while also only being a short drive to big malls and great eats. plenty of shops within walking distance and some nice walking tracks near by. The place was pristine and felt like home for the time we were there. Thank you Emilie
