River House 97 is a luxuriously furnished two-story house,where it is located on the right side of the Bojana River ,400m from the bridge. The house is equipped with all additional inventory, where on the ground floor there is a TV with 200 channels,wi-fi,kitchen with a dining room, a slower, a fridge, a rostil, a toaster, a bathroom with a washer, an iron, a terrace with 60m2 and an additional mini kitchen,with a dining room and towels. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view .The house has 3 parking spaces.

Apartment 200-Cozy Sea-View Spot

The apartment is located in a quiet area about 5 minutes walk from the Little Beach and the walls of the Old Town. The apartment is intended for family vacation for up to 8 people. Guests have 3 bedrooms , a set of equipped kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms. The apartment has a separate entrance, a balcony overlooking the sea and a terrace. Accommodation units are air conditioned and have free Wi Fi. Two public parking lots are within walking distance of the property. The guest's only responsibility is to pay a fee of €0.70 per day. Kids don't pay.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Ulcinj - Stonehouse in Oldtown with sea view

The "Apartment Goga" in the old town of Ulcinj - high above the city beach - was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1979 and completely renovated in 2020. The interior is a mixture of traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern country house style. Our apartment has been in the family for generations and is still our home for the most beautiful weeks of the year. It is the perfect starting point to explore the old town with its almost 2,500 years of history.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
