Holiday rentals with beach access in Limani Nafpliou

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We really enjoyed the beach which was only steps away from the apartment. The beach and outdoor space was great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kiveri! Die saubere Wohnung mit dem Balkon mit viel Schatten und der tollen Aussicht laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Ort Kiveri mit Restaurants und einer sehr guten Bäckerei sind schnell zu erreichen. Direkt vom Balkon aus kann man zum Kiesstrand laufen. Alles traumhaft also!

One of the best we have stayed at. The place is roomy for 6 people. A very nice size living room, convenient kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Wonderful AC. Super easy communications with hosts. Loved the location, a few steps from Syntagma square. A bit noisy late evenings but should be expected. We very strongly recommend!

Super petit appartement dans la jolie ville de Tolo. Balcon avec vue sur mer, très agréable pour passer les débuts de soirée. L’appartement dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire si ce n’est une porte ou un rideau de douche dans la salle de bain (l’eau gicle sur le sol mais ça sèche ensuite très vite). Chouette emplacement, facile d’accès avec nombreux endroits où se parquer à proximité. Près du centre, de la plage et des restaurants/commerces. Hôtes très amicaux, précis et réactifs ; instructions très claires pour arriver au logement (vidéos et photos à l’appui). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement et cette belle région et reviendrons avec plaisir :)!

Unglaublich schöne Lage, die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des kleinen Steinstrands, den man durch einen liebevoll angelegten terrassierten Garten erreichen kann. Man schaut von der Wohnung und der vorgelagerten schattigen Veranda auf das Meer und schläft mit dem Plätschern der Wellen ein. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurants von Kiveri sind über eine Strandpromenade sehr entspannt zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es außerdem einen Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Bäckerei.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία!Το κατάλυμα ηταν άψογο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ο κ. Κώστας πολυ φιλόξενος και ευγενικός άνθρωπος! Σιγουρα θα επισκεφθούμε ξανα το κατάλυμα!

Five stars for the view! I had a great time in May. The balcony is excellent, and the place itself is perfect for 1-2 people to relax. It's a two minute walk to the beach, which isn't busy, and Xiropigado is a small, sleepy, delightful coastal town. Christofer is a great host too, and is very responsive and friendly. There are some small downsides (the bathroom and its lighting isn't good, and doing laundry can be a hassle (you can't do it on your own time and have to contact Christofer)), but these are outweighed by the positives of the rest of the unit.

The place is just like described. Recently renovated and with all you need for a short or longer term. The laundry looks like new and with all you need. I chose a time that I thought would keep me away from tourists and that would let me know the residents; but in fact, other than construction workers, there is almost no people around and almost everything was closed. At Konstantinos's there was always some people coming in or out, which was nice. The only details I did not liked much is that the sound travels easily in the property and you can hear a TV or people talking quite close. Other than that, I got a nice balcony and a very nice view to telework. The Internet and services worked as promised.

We hadden een heel leuke vakantie in de Peloponnesos. Heel mooi, schoon en aangenaam huis en zwembad. We voelden ons heel welkom, Nikolaos had eten en drinken voorzien zodat we niet meteen naar de winkel moesten. De villa is ideaal gelegen om de regio te ontdekken. Je hebt wel een auto nodig. Zicht op Nafplio!

Ο κύριος Θοδωρής είναι ένας οικοδεσπότης που όλοι θα θέλαμε να συναντηθούμε!! Ένα πραγματικά υπέροχο κατάλυμα. Ευρύχωρο , καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ήσυχο με υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο !!! Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε!

Malgré qu'il peut être un peu difficile de se stationner à proximité, l'emplacement du logement était idéal pour se rendre à pied dans la zone touristique de Nafplio sans y loger. Nous avons marché pour aller partout! La forteresse et ses 999 marches sont tout près, de même qu'une plage. Le logement est grand, propre, bien éclairé et très tranquille. La douche a beaucoup de pression d'eau. Bref, un séjour parfait pour nous!

Μείναμε δυο μέρες στο κατάλυμμα του Βαγγέλη και της Μαρίας.Ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες.Ονειρικό και ήσυχο μέρος.Μεναμε στο σπιτάκι μπροστα από τη λιμνούλα.Ήταν πανέμορφο.Ήμασταν και τυχερές και παρόλο που η πισίνα ήταν κοινοχρηστη εμείς την απολαύσαμε τις περισσότερες ώρες σαν ιδιωτική. Για τον Βαγγέλη και την Μαρία δεν έχω λόγια για το πόσο καλοί οικοδεσπότες ήταν και για το πως ανταποκρίθηκαν σε οτι κι αν θελαμε!!!

What a magical time in Nafplion! The Old Town surprised and delighted the four of us with its architecture, flowering trees (in May), lively pedestrian-only streets bursting with restaurants and bougainvilleas and paths to pristine beaches. The town’s historic charms were matched by the generous and authentic hospitality shown to us by Athanasia and her father, Giorgos. His warm and friendly smile as he welcomed us set the tone for our entire stay. A bottle of wine was waiting for us and, after a technician had to come to resolve a minor problem, Giorgos brought us his favourite cake - even though we hadn’t been bothered in the slightest. Athanasia responded to every question immediately and was kindness personified when she gave us an extended checkout time. The living room was spacious and the patio overlooking the rooftops and view of the harbour was our morning and evening gathering place. The Old Town was a 20-minute walk - which we especially appreciated after a filling dinner!

We had a wonderful stay in Napflio. Theros Cottage is a quaint cottage in the old town - very beautiful, with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was a great base for us to explore the area. Napflio has lots of steep steps - we certainly got our steps up, literally! They only added to the charm for us. Elena was totally amazing!! From our dealings first booking with her many months ago, from Australia, throughout our preparations for our arrival and during our stay. She even managed to organise an emergency dental appointment for me! We truly appreciate everything Elena did to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We hope to visit Napflio again one day.

It is heaven on earth. Looks even better than the photos. We were shocked from how beautiful the place and its surroundings are. Inside and out everything is well thought of, you’ll want for nothing. It’s a perfect place for kids, comfy beds, a tree house and the sea a few steps away. A large supermarket, only 5 minutes drive from the house. The sunken city a 5 minutes walk, or 5 minutes of paddling on a SUP (2 Sups and paddles are provided). We got lucky and even got a chance to see a HUGE sea turtle while snorkeling there! Lots of taverns you can reach by foot, and lots of peace and serenity. Maria is super friendly and professional, I dare to say, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we had till now. We will definitely be back!

We vonden het een ontzettend fijn verblijf! We waren erg op ons gemak. Het is een rustige locatie, maar alles is op loopafstand (het strand en de tavernes). Wij vonden het (met onze jongens van 5 en 8) een groot voordeel dat de tuin ontzettend ruim is (veelvuldig verstoppertje gespeeld ;)). Binnen is alles fijn en netjes. Vooral het contact met Gina was super! Ze is een hele hartelijke host en gaf ons het gevoel dat we erg welkom waren. Veel dank!

This was a lovely apartment in a great location! It was extremely clean, the couch and beds were comfy, and it was right near a cute park with a playground, a big supermarket, and the old town and waterfront of Napflio. We had a great stay! The only small thing to note is that there is only one set of keys, which is also needed to turn on the electricity, so if one person leaves the apartment while someone else is home, they can’t bring a key with them and you’ll have to go downstairs to let them back in the building.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung von Nafplio zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl wir Timi nicht persönlich getroffen haben, hat er immer sofort auf Nachrichten regiert und alle Fragen sofort beantwortet, inklusive Restauranttipps. Absolut empfehlenswert!

A comfortable place to stay to experience the non-touristy side of Nafplio. Check out the restaurant opposite the apartment and Angelo’s fish place to get fresh fish grilled. Our host was always responsive and helpful.

Very clean and everything you need is in the apartment. It was very close to The main town and walkable. Ifrikatis is extremely friendly and responsive for anything you need. I would stay there again.

Безусловно главное достоинство это вид. Это не просто "вид на море", а собственно само море в шаге под тобой. Терраса огромного размера выходит прямо на пляж, и на все 180 градусов море. Но и сама квартира достаточно удобная, для двоих человек точно. И очень очень чистая. Вайфай хороший, напор в душе тоже, полотенца отличные. Большой холодильник, все нужные кастрюльки и посуда. Большой шкаф для одежды, хороший диван в гостиной, есть все принадлежности для пляжа - зонтик, подстилки, стульчики. Только пляжные полотенца нужно иметь свои. Есть закрытая парковка, к пляжу спускается лестница. Сам пляж небольшой, зато совершенно приватный, если не подойдет он, то рядом множество других. В деревне несколько ресторанов и супермаркет. Катерина отвечает мгновенно, да и у нас не было поводов о чем-то беспокоиться. Очень рекомендую это жилье и хозяев.

Appartement très bien placé, fonctionnel et calme. Georgia s’est montrée très disponible. Nous vous conseillons le bake house juste en dessous pour le petit déjeuner et la visite des sites antique en fin d’après midi quand tous les cars sont partis.

Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Πλήρες εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη!!! Το κατάλυμα ευκολα προσβάσιμο και πολύ κοντά σε όλη την αγορά.
