Maison en pierre située dans la cour de notre maison. Située à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville avec la Place du promenoir et 10 minutes de la gare. Autoroute à 5 min en voiture. Logement indépendant de notre maison mais situé à quelques mètres. Nous nous croiserons certainement. Cuisine et salle de bain en rez de chaussée et chambre à l'étage. Entrée autonome à toute heure. Possibilité de stationner des 2 roues dans notre cour sécurisée. Pas de fêtes ni de soirée. Non fumeur
