I went to Americana with my family in order to go to my sister's graduation at ExpoAmérica. The house has accommodated us very well. We went in 5 people and the space was more than enough. The house is simple, but the simplicity well made pleases everyone. The value was super accordingly. Who needs a place to stay, like me, for events at ExpoAmérica is the recommendation. The locality is quiet and has a close trade, in addition to being only 9 minutes from the Expo.

Jurema's ranch is incredible. We chose at the last minute and she was a sweetheart in our pre-booking conversation, readily accommodating what we asked for. Upon arrival we had a great surprise: the photos do not do justice to the place, which is much more beautiful, clean and full of peace! We love it and already wanted to book for New Year's, too bad it's already booked! We had a great experience! The place is peaceful, safe and ideal for those looking for rest and quiet. The house corresponds exactly to the photos: well-equipped, comfortable and very cozy. The swimming pool is large — a shame the cold weather has not allowed you to enjoy any more — and the barbecue area is perfect for leisure time. The host was exceptional: always polite, considerate, and ready to help. We strongly recommend and would certainly return!

Wonderful atmosphere! Everything according to the listing description and even much better in person than the pictures shows. The service provided by the housekeepers also impeccable, the couple very solicitous and polite! I recommend it to everyone!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Samuel was very attentive and the house is great. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants, bakery and market. The house is spacious and everyone fit comfortably, we were 12 people. It was really worth it, we needed to get in before the time to be able to work and Samuel was super helpful in helping us with this issue, Mrs. Neide was still cleaning and was very polite and helpful. We love your stay, we recommend!

We had an amazing experience during our stay! The house is exactly as in the photos – clean, well decorated, comfortable and with everything we needed to feel at home. The location is excellent, quiet and at the same time close to shops and everything we needed. Edu was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was perfect. Small details, such as bedding, welcome treats, made all the difference! I recommend it for those looking for a cozy, well-kept place with great hospitality. I would definitely come back! The stay in this house was very good and peaceful. A quiet neighborhood, a cozy place with lots of greenery, a swimming pool, a clean house with bed and bath linens available (at no additional cost), all sanitized and packaged for your peace of mind. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host couple, very friendly, available, helpful and in a very good mood. They gave us instructions on lights, swimming pool, use of appliances and other pertinent questions. I recommend this location.

The house is great, super equipped, lots of appliances in the kitchen, plus lots of utensils. The caretaker Mauro and the maid Angela were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is solar heated and as it was winter, it was not hot enough, but the rest of the house and the grounds were very nice, we didn't miss it that much. The house has a “beach tennis court” with rackets, many balls, a trampoline, and a playground for the children. The condominium has no access control, the entrance has no gate, just a guardhouse that seemed empty, but the house has a camera system, and the house is far from the gate, we felt safe. We would rent again!

We loved the house! We went in a group of 10 people for the new year and we enjoyed it a lot! Lolis and Sandro are super receptive, respond quickly and help with any questions ;) The housekeeper is super good people and the two dogs that are in the house are a LOVE, we are sad to leave them there kkkkk You won't regret renting. Everything was perfect, we cooked on the wood stove, they even sell fresh meats very close by, there is a sign indicating. The center is close and full of restaurants, snack bars, markets, etc. The house is very nice, quiet place, we were very comfortable, clean and wonderful pool. We love it👏

The experience was very rewarding, the location is a little away, just arriving by car, more is much better because there are no neighbors and you can make a lot of noise. The perfect pool, the perfect pool, it's not deep, I mido 1.65 and hit my chest, and water was pretty clean. We had a small issue with the light, but it was solved at the same time. On Sunday the chekaout was quite late and had time to make a little barbecue with the family until 18hrs. The only recommendation I would like to give is that it would be very good if you had a clothesline to leave the towels, bikinis.. More so we figured out! Thanks a lot Henrique for the trust❤️

The house is simple but well equipped, it accommodated my family well, everything was clean, the host was very attentive, helpful and gave us all privacy. The streets to get to the house are dirt, but quiet, without many holes, we had no difficulty with the cars even though it rained. It was a very nice weekend!

Carla is very helpful, a week before she already reached out, answering questions and giving tips about hosting. The place is nice, spacious, has a field for children to play ball, swimming pool, kitchen equipped with barbecue utensils. Nice place to spend time with friends and family.
