Had a magical stay. So beautiful and relaxing. Everything was as listed. Hosts provided a lovely cheese and meat selection along with all the necessary breakfast items. Within easy reach of Nenagh and Lough Derg. Cannot wait to have another stay.

Sonia's home is one of my favorites in all of my travels on Airbnb. As a host myself, I felt immediately at home staying here at their countryside retreat for 4 nights this summer. They were amazing hosts - very responsive, insightful and caring! The pictures match the beautiful setting, the home is beautifully laid out with plenty of room to spread out as a family or a group of friends - a living room, kitchen, dining room on the main floor, plenty of outdoor space and 4 bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Lots of toys for kids as well as a tree house in the yard, a tv room to watch movies/Netflix and a beautiful kitchen to prepare a meal. We loved the cows grazing in your front yard and view of the lake! It's a 10 min drive to Glasson town and 20 minutes to Athlone - a bustling city. About 90 min from Dublin Airport and an easy drive. You will love your stay here - private, quiet and relaxing and also strong Wifi! We can't wait to visit again!

The BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Eamonn is the most gracious host. communication was excellent- the best we have ever experienced by a host. He takes pride in his gorgeous cottage. we loved spending our family time there with the most stunning views. The cottage has everything you need and its all TOP class! like a 5 star hotel yet feels like a secluded luxury home! Can't wait to come back!

The cottage itself is charming, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped — the perfect blend of cozy and luxurious. The setting is peaceful and scenic, with breathtaking countryside views that added to the sense of escape and relaxation we were hoping for. The hot tub was a real highlight — soaking under the stars with a glass of wine after a day of exploring was magical. My mum was thrilled, and it truly made her birthday feel special and indulgent. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal and welcoming. Thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, a welcome basket, and helpful local tips made all the difference. We had an absolutely lovely stay at Bridgie's Cottage. So quiet and peaceful, flowers blooming, bees buzzing, birds chirping...but no sounds of traffic. Coffee outside in the morning, drinks outside in the evening, mountain views. Inside is cosy and comfortable. Comfy beds, efficient kitchen, two fine bathrooms. We immediately took to Pat, who was personable, solicitous, sensitive, informative, and well-informed. A deep and lively intelligence and intellect combined with a wonderfully dry humor; we wanted to stay just to spend more time with him. We can't say enough about how happy we were in this beautiful place. We will be back.

They made us feel like at home. A truly relaxing place with a hot tub, that they always kept warm. They made our stay very comfortable. We would definitely come back

This might’ve been the most beautiful little place I’ve ever booked on Air BnB! It is so pretty and charming and perfectly equipped for a few days of peace and quiet. We came with our dog and were on our honeymoon and this was the most hidden gem we could’ve imagined. And Mandy herself is just so incredibly kind and forthcoming- she even popped round to give us a quiche form when I asked her whether she had one! Really really great host- we will absolutely be back☺️

We had a great stay at Dee's. The location was perfect and very close to the beach. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The fresh eggs were a lovely touch. Dee and Paul were also great hosts.

It felt like being home in the Irish countryside. Rita's farmhouse had everything we needed for a long stay including some fresh eggs and other items to get started. It was an absolutely lovely place, and I hope to return!

The accommodation is clean, spacious, bright and well-equipped, a separate building. It has a perfect sense of privacy and silence. Parking is inside the property, almost under the living room window. It was a pleasant surprise that the third person also got a full-size bed (in the description it was a pull-out sofa). The host was helpful and friendly, he was waiting for us upon arrival. We arrived at low tide, it was a special experience to walk on the sand of the sea and the rocks that had become dry. The stairs leading there are a 2-minute walk. All three of us were happy that we chose this accommodation. Thank you!

Anne was a great host, me and my family were extremely happy by her kindness and hospitality and her delicious coffee cake. Her house is comfy and beautiful, makes you feel like you are home. The farm tour and watching cows was one of our trip highlights. We look forward to be back again

I can’t say enough about this beautiful property and accommodation. Gertie made us feel right at home and has thought of everything (I mean everything). The grounds of the property are stunning, the cottage is very well appointed and thoughtfully laid out, the bed was comfortable and big, and Gertie made sure we had everything we needed to settle in. Gertie gave us fabulous recommendations—from dining to sight seeing, and even where to sit in the morning and evening for the best view of the sun. She also made us an apple pie, which was lovely beyond words. If you want a place to feel instantly at home and explore a beautiful part of Ireland—remote and private, yet with friendly and accessible hosts—this is it! It was just a short drive to the river, the sea, the mountains and quaint towns for shopping, dining or exploring. Thank you, Gertie and Pat, for the warm welcome and care!

Our stay at James and Ciara's was just wonderful. As soon as we arrived there were so many thoughtful, luxurious touches that made all the difference after a long day of travel, from lovely smelling diffusers and candles and a roaring fire in the woodburner, to fancy Aesop hand soap and the comfiest pillows and mattress ever. There was also a welcome basket containing some treats such as wine and chocolate and Ciara's incredible homemade Irish soda bread. This is the kind of stuff that really makes a difference when staying in an Airbnb! The place was also spotlessly clean and everything was of very high quality. From the get go their communication was super prompt and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, always offering help, advice and recommendations. J&C are some of the nicest and warmest people you'll ever meet. We also got to meet some of their animals which our daughter LOVED, and the setting and outlook from the cottage is just beautiful. One of the best Airbnbs out there!

I only wish we would have stayed longer! This is the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever visited. Our family felt so relaxed here. The setting is idyllic and the home itself is luxurious and relaxed. Martina also includes helpful itineraries and knows the area super well. Would love to come back and spend a full week.

This had to be one of my favorite experiences in all of Airbnb. Wonderful hosts and immaculate country cottage. It had everything we needed and more. It was so peaceful and relaxing. You’d get to wake up and see the sheep. We were able to experience sheep herding and feeding the babies. Could not say more positive things about these fantastic hosts!

We spent two weeks in this wonderful cottage and felt at home from day one. The historic cottage is very cozy and very well equipped. Our children really enjoyed the garden around the house. The location is perfect with a rental car, as there are many excursion destinations in the area. And you can walk to the beautiful Crushoa Pier. Paul and Dympna gave great tips and were always very helpful and friendly. We would come back anytime!

Staying at Myra’s cottage was one of the highlights of our trip! The space was immaculate and beautiful as well as centrally located to explore Dingle and the ring of Kerry. Myra was probably the best host I’ve ever had in my decade+ using Airbnb. She was welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations of where to visit and what to avoid. I cannot recommend her place enough!

We had a wonderful experience. The cottage was clean and cozy with pretty surroundings. Fiona was awesome with communication and gave us suggestions on places to see in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous house in a gorgeous spot. Èinnes house was a pleasure to stay in- pristinely clean, comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing few days. Highly recommend for a few days away from the rat race!
