Everything was great, such a cute and comfy home. Everything was clean, she had everything you could need! Would definitely stay there again.

This place was amazing! Seriously it is truly a hidden gem! It looks like an out building/shed on the outside but they did an amazing job renovating it into a 3 bedroom home. The owner is super responsive and friendly. We did not have any issues and would 100% recommend this place to stay!

Excellent home for two couples and a 11-yr old. The bedrooms being one down and two up gave our two different generations their own space. We felt right at home the minute we walked into the adorable bungalow. The home has everything you would need. Best of all the home is super clean and very relaxing. The location was great for walking and ease of getting around the area. Annette has done a marvelous job of communicating for check in; and, she has thought of absolutely anything you might need to make your stay wonderful. We loved the entire experience and can hardly wait to get back to Athens and this perfect rental.

Very clean, comfortable and inviting. Shawn's place was as described and was in pristine condition. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family who lived nearby. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and other specialty shops very close by. Shawn was very responsive to our questions and all directions were clear and concise. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend it.
