Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. She may come chill on the couch with you for some coziness. Food and water are needed once a day and are provided. Please also check the reviews.

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Our cottage has two bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with hot tub. the cottage has all the comforts. A lovely place to relax and also enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the dunes and the beach! We spent 5 days in Monique's lovingly furnished accommodation. The apartment was cozy and cuddly, even more beautiful than we imagined. The outdoor area invited you to relax. The kitchen was versatile, we lacked nothing. The area is beautifully located, the beach is only about 10 minutes away by car. We particularly liked the communication with Monique. She was a wonderful host, had great tips and was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our four-day stay! The cottage is exactly as in the pictures. And the location is just very good. What made us very happy was the presence of more than enough herbs, towels, coffee/tea, toilet paper, etc. Everything you normally miss was there! In addition, it was easy and quick to communicate with Sevanne before and during the stay. Recommended!
