Beachfront holiday rental in Limnionas

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. The residence exceeded our expectations. An independent, tastefully decorated and well equiped house, cozy and comfortable all times of the day Nikos is a wonderful host. Friendly, easy going and helpful, but also very discreet. We would grab the opportunity to visit again anytime, 10/10 recommend!

Great accommodation, centrally located on the main street of Amarynthos. Ideal for excursions in the region. Restaurants and cafes right next door. Host very friendly. Recommended

From the moment I saw the photos I just knew I have to visit this place Remote ( but not too remote:) Peaceful , beautiful place by its nature, and the made by man ( woman:) additions gave it the final magical touch ❤️ amazing view, big big dining table right in front of it, beautiful pull and the rustic, magical, stone and wood houses. What more can anyone want :)

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

Sophie was just exceptional, her recommendations were perfect and made our stay amazing! We let ourselves go and literally fell in love with this paradise! We'll keep the address carefully for a future return to this fantastic island. Thanks Sophie ❤️

The place is really a paradise 😍 The house had everything inside we felt right like home.. the place was so quiet that I think whoever needs an escape fromAthens is the best could choose ! It is really a diamond and covered our needs as it is very close to Athens it has tranquility privacy and above all the endless blue since the pool seems to touch the sea .. Styra Mare offers a peaceful retreat offering astounding views and sandy beaches in front. Very modern clean comfortable apartment. Nice clean pool good for children. Super garden with flowers and olives. It is good location to explore the next 3 coastal towns/ports. Good to reach the mountains too. Island is quite big with long drives.

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

Came to Skyros Island from Australia to experience a different type of Greek island life -away from the many tourists and hustle of bustle of the more popular islands. Not only did the island not disappoint but can say that hosts like Kostas and Viola are rare. Our stay at Pefkos House together with our fantastic hosts - Kostas and Viola have made this trip to Greece a very memorable one. The house was super clean and very comfortable with 180 degree views to take in every day. On our last night, we were invited by our hosts to a beautiful home cooked Greek dinner at their place under a beautiful night sky. Would definitely love to come back again!!

Very beautiful house with impressive views and large outdoor space for swimming in the pool, barbecue and seating areas! The house inside was clean with beautiful decorations and pleasant atmosphere. Entering the pool you feel that the water of the sea has become one with the water of the pool and it is enchanting. Very nice experience for no matter how many people you choose is ideal. The communication with the owner was clear and direct. I can't wait to be back in this beautiful cottage!

We had a great time at the accommodation! Every morning, the beginning of our day was accompanied by the sound of the waves and the stunning view of the sun rising over the sea. The location on the seafront was magical, with incredible views and sunsets that impressed us every day. The house was really beautiful, very comfortable and warm, with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. It was impeccably appointed and welcoming, making us feel at home. The quietness of the area was perfect for total relaxation. In particular I would like to mention Evangelia, an amazing woman, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite the house being in a great location, the price was value for Money. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing stay by the sea.”

heavenly, there are no other words for it, we therefore enjoyed a nice but too short holiday, top quiet location with a breathtaking view. Close to the beach, clean and well maintained. Yiannis is therefore an attentive friendly host who responds proactively👍👍. We will definitely come back here

Staying at Melio's place was such a great experience. Melio has been the nicest host from the start. Very reactive, helpful and friendly. The place is reachable by foot once you get to Agii Apostoli port (easily reachable by bus and taxi from Athens). Once you get there, you immediately find yourself in a relaxing cocoon, out of time and reality. The view is simply stunning and you get the sunshine the entire morning. There are barely any cars that pass on the small road in front of the house, so it's very quiet. The place is decorated with taste and it's not over done. Just what it needs. All in all, I loved my stay at that place. I will surely come back :)

The best airbnb we’ve ever visited! And we’ve been to quite a few. That the house is a bit hard to find also means that you’re surrounded by nature with the most beautiful sea view. We traveled to Milopotamos with our 16 month old. We were prepared for having to deal with lesser amenities than we have at home but Nefeli and Giannis have made sure this place has everything you need, and more than that. Different coffee makers, a laundry machine, an oven, a microwave, a mixer, a baby cod, towels for showering and towels for the beach, a beach umbrella - you name it. Absolutely amazing. All prepared with a great deal of care and detail, it felt like coming home. We’ve also had the pleasure to spend some time with these amazing hosts, and that made our visit complete. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you won’t regret it.

The beachhouse was very nice. We appreciated the child bed child chair and very nice some sand toys that were present in the house. The garden was closed off ( child proofe) and on the beach so having morning coffee you look out on the sea…. The baby could play in the sand… no danger … The environment was very safe for a small child. We were very happy. Chorefto is a very small village and it was not really the season yet, but very nice and quiet. My granddaughter made a few good friends with the owners of the close restaurants Thank you very much hope to see you sometimes in the future. Best wishes Camille

Jilly is amazing and her communication is top notch! Skopelos doesn’t really use addresses, so follow the instructions she provides & you can’t go wrong. Make sure to pin the apartment once you arrive to make it easy to return to after seeing the island or dinner. 😊 We forgot to pin it the first day but we can’t complain as getting lost among the beautiful homes was a hidden treat (they are so beautiful)! Jilly provided local recommendations for a tour of the island and places to eat and they were PERFECT! Zahos the taxi driver provided our pick up from the Agnontas port and gave us a tour of the hidden gems of the island. Wonderful! If you are there on Sunday, don’t miss dinner with live music at Restaurant Dougia. Oh my, sooo good and the atmosphere was perfect. The apartment was clean and gorgeous and walkable to so many beautiful views. There is no WiFi or TV, so make sure you have data to communicate with your tour guides. Disconnect and enjoy.😊 100% RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐

Great beach house with lots of space. Excellent communication with the host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Family friendly and a bit isolated. The only thing to be aware of is the right way to get there. In general we had a great time! Thank you :)
