Apartment holiday rentals in Limoilou, La Cité-Limoilou

This was a great spot for our family. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning, while we read and watched the chickens. The neighbourhood is very walkable with lovely cafes. The house was fully equipped. We would definitely book this place again!

Beautiful and large, apparently clean and quiet with a very nice large terrace. Market 10 minutes' walk, bus 2 minutes' walk to visit Old Quebec and 10 minutes' walk to some restaurants. Patricia was very responsive to our various questions and very friendly. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Thankfully NOT a soulless white condo full of cheap ikea furniture. This place gives old-school AirBnB vibes (which is what we wanted!). We felt at home instantly. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Annick is proactive, responsive, and thoughtful. She has decorated the apartment beautifully. This will always be our first choice accommodation in QC.

Friendly host who was very responsive. Good place for a short visit. I’d echo previous guests that the stairs are treacherous and unavoidable, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, this isn’t a good fit. The space: you enter on the ground floor to the kitchen/dining (well supplied for cooking) and down the stairs, through a hallway with laundry, and then to the bathroom (great shower) and main room where the bed is located. The desk and office chair pictured in the listing is no longer there - replaced with a table and regular chairs.

Great airbnb experience. Exactly as seen in the pictures. 7 minutes drive old Quebec City. The place was super clean and the host was spot on with communication. Very transparent with the listing description.

Good location — Walking distance to a nice microbrewery and other restaurants, and pretty close to the Old Quebec . The apartment was very clean, and the host was very responsive. We had a nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Isabelle's flat in Limoilou. It was close enough to the city center, but in a peaceful neighborhood. The space itself was a warm and clean apartment that was exactly as described. Isabelle was incredibly helpful and communicative overall, and helped us navigate the winter street parking situation.

Wonderful space for our extended stay in the heart of Quebec City! We loved the close proximity to the heart of the city with all it has to offer, and we were able to walk to almost all the places we wanted to visit. It was a plus to have laundry facilities in the apartment, as we stayed for more than a week. We would stay there again!

My stay at Laurence's house was perfect. It feels like home, a quiet place and easy to access on foot. A well-equipped kitchen, surrounding silence that allows for quality nights and a responsive, attentive, caring host offering tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying at this peaceful oasis.

The place was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is colourful but is close to Rue Saint Joseph that has a few options for coffee and dining. If you enjoy walking, this place is a fairly easy trek to get to Gare de Palais (main train station) and to the Old City. Jérémy is a very responsive host and was able to accommodate an early check-in.

Great location and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable with excellent mattress.

Isabelle's place is clean and functional. It is also well placed to discover the city of Quebec, prepare to climb a little before reaching the city!

The location is ideal—quiet yet close to everything—and the space itself was beautifully designed, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The garage parking is a huge plus. The attention to detail was impressive, from the clear check-in instructions to the thoughtful welcome booklet that was well thought and will most questions you have. Everything we needed was there, and it was one of the most well-appointed Airbnbs we've stayed in. The hosts were gracious and responsive, and it truly felt like they cared about creating a memorable experience for their guests. We’d love to return on our next visit. Highly recommend!

Clean condo, quiet place, listing description was identical to what we rented. Our stay went very well.

I would add that the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was GREAT! Everything is nearby (grocery store, restaurant, historic site) It was our annual meeting of the three sisters and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for this comfortable Condo and the extraordinary nature that surrounded us.

Great place despite a late booking Eric was able to respond to me quickly because I was visiting Quebec City to come see friends and family her really makes things simple and to be able to get out of the routine the spas was in order. I would stay there for my next vacation!!!

Place is so quiet, beautiful and has all amenities. Nadia is a wonderful host!! She is responsive even late night and she makes sure you get what you need

The house was very clean, smells clean, and lots of extra touches that you’d not usually see in an airbnb. The view into the woods is a great plus- and the skylight as well. Bright space and good location. It’s easily one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever rented. It’s reasonably priced as well.
