C’est le refuge idéal pour déconnecter, vous réveiller au chant des oiseaux. Accès direct à de nombreux chemins pour la promenade et balade en vélo. Située à environ 30 min de Vichy, Thiers et Clermont Ferrand et 12 mins de l'autoroute. Supermarché et restauration à environ 10-15 mins. Vival, boulangerie... à moins de 10 mins

Sublime duplex 100m², Villa Saint Laurent

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

Venez faire une pause dans ce petit hameau paisible à mi-chemin entre les villages de Ris et Chateldon… Situé en pleine campagne auvergnate (au pied des monts bourbonnais et des bois noirs), dans un écrin de verdure, pour un retour à la nature et une reconnexion à soi. Profitez de divers chemins de balade à proximité et de sites touristiques d’exception (Puy-de-Dôme et sa chaîne des volcans d’Auvergne, Vichy reine des villes d’eaux, petits villages de caractères comme Châteldon ou Charroux...)

In the shade of the trees, in full sun or under the snow, you will enjoy this break in our indoor cabin. Stroll along the paths to discover the biodiversity of the Black Woods. Since March 2022, we have been partners with LIVRADOIS FOREZ, a regional natural park in Auvergne. Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).
