Het appartement biedt ruimte aan 4 personen, heeft een eigen opgang en wifi. Het dorpje Conques-sur-Orbiel heeft een kleine supermarkt, een bakker, een pizzaria, restaurant la Maison en cocktailbar/restaurant Appa Lanka, een tabac en een wasserette. Dit is allemaal op loopafstand.
