Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Alfonso’s place was perfect for our stay in Lincoln. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. It was a close drive to Rocklin, where our kids had a basketball camp, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this house for your stay in the Lincoln/Rocklin/Roseville area.

Place was perfect for what we needed. Host was super kind, responsive, and accommodating. Home is brand new in new development so there’s still some construction going on in the immediate area (as of June/2025) but it wasn’t an issue. Didn’t have any issues at all. Living room and upstairs game room have big TV’s. All in all a good experience.

It’s a very quiet and nice neighborhood. I felt very safe. Toni is an incredible host. One of the most polite and friendly I’ve seen. Inside is immaculate. Hot water comes out fast. You can do laundry. What else would you want? This is a perfect place to stay a few days. Also, very affordable too! I loved my stay here.

My daughters, my wife and I all give this place a 5 Star review on everything, nice and clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, and nice and private over all. Hilary and Todd’s place was perfect! Everything was exactly as described and looked even better in person. We went to a comedy show at Thunder Valley and it’s less than a 15 min drive there, so super convenient. It is in a newer development, so stores are a little bit away, but it was perfect for what we needed. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again! Thank you Hilary and Todd for your hospitality!
