Waterfront holiday rentals in Lincoln County

We had the best time at Chloe’s place. We were so comfortable and enjoyed being able to pop over to Reid State Park whenever we wanted. Georgetown was a short drive from a lot of other places we had wanted to visit for a while. Spent the day hopping around between Brunswick, Bath, Damariscotta and Boothbay Harbor. Eros UPick oysters on the drive into Georgetown is a must!

We had an amazing time at Barbara's property! Everything was as described, the pool table was super fun, the beds were comfortable, the waterfront was great, the dog was so excited for her check-in treat and having the firestick TV was great for evening watching. Although we are from Maine and have been to the Boothbay area before, we fell in love with Edgecomb and Damariscotta. Thank you so you for a great stay!

We are so grateful for our stay at Alice's place. My husband and I stayed with our two small daughters and had a blast. The apartment was so beautiful- updated but with lots of attention to detail and Maine character. We especially enjoyed meals in the little dine in kitchen, and having laundry available. I was familiar with this area as a former Mainer, and the quiet neighborhood made us feel at home. Thank you so much! We highly recommend Alice's place. :)

Pam's place was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, very close (walkable) to many shops and restaurants. It's situated on the second floor of a building on a pier, which was very private, quiet, and relaxing. The space was more than large enough for myself and my husband. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all needed amenities for a week-long stay. Pam's communication was stellar! She responded quickly when asked about restaurant/bar suggestions to watch our team's baseball game and other non-emergent inquiries. It was obvious she cared about her place and her guests. Her added touches (personal note and chocolates) made us feel welcome. If we ever find ourselves back in Boothbay, there is no doubt we will stay at Pam's place!

Glen’s Loft #6 was a great home away from home when in Augusta. Close to restaurants and a walk on the rail trails. All amenities were accounted for and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The privacy and quiet ( mostly) were extremely relaxing. The apartment met all our needs including some minor cooking and food preparation. The deck was fantastic. Sunny in the morning but if it got hot, there was a huge umbrella that was easy to raise. Reasonably shaded by mid afternoon and gradually completely shaded by evening. Birds to watch due to their bird feeders. We saw a deer and there were some friendly chipmunks. And the owner’s’ cat was lovely and friendly. A few lobster boats and a couple of sailboats to enjoy. Some nice walking on quiet dirt roads immediately around the place.

We had an absolutely perfect stay on Mary and Rick's beautiful property. The photos don't do it justice - it's even more beautiful in person! We spent a lot of time just sitting on the deck with binoculars watching the changing river conditions, birds, and the occasional seal. It was so peaceful, and we had plenty of privacy but also a couple nice conversations with Rick. The nearby Bunyon Preserve is a great hike, and it's even walkable from the apartment! The apartment was also a great base for activities that do require a car - we did the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden; Boothbay Harbor for a puffin boat tour, sunset sail, and shopping; and a very fun hike/rock climb called the Giant's Stairs in Harpswell, and all were a very manageable drive. The apartment itself is lovely, and had all amenities as described. It felt very homey. And I loved that Mary's art was all over! In sum, I highly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back if in Maine again.

Clark’s Cove Farm is a magical place. The grounds, orchard, gardens and shore are beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. Tim was very responsive when we had questions or needed anything. The carriage house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well furnished. We loved spending time on the deck when we were home. Great spot!!

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed how peaceful the location was. Beautiful view from the kitchen & living room. Had all the needed amenities to feel at home. It’s your typical Maine Camp, cozy and rustic, but clean and comfortable. Loved that our dog was able to come along to enjoy the weekend with us. (I will note there are alot of ticks on the property so make sure you give your pup a check when they come inside. We pulled a few off each time he went out, they were teeny tiny! Not unusual for wooded areas in New England) The living room furniture wasn’t super comfortable so we ended up spending most of our time sitting at the dining table. We had a rainy, cool weekend so did more inside lounging than expected. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, mid-coast Maine trip.

This place is as-described and then some. Private, secluded, and peaceful. You have the water to yourself and virtually no noise around you (other than what your group makes!). Wallace’s has pretty much anything you need grocery-wise and good breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Pizza is good, too. The house is stocked with all the basic necessities and consumables, and then some. Probably the best-stocked ABNB I’ve stayed at (all the way down to q-tips in the bathroom). Friendship is far off of the tourist path, but not too far to go see things. The house was a perfect fit for our group of six adults and four teens. They never ran out of things to do (including fast WiFi, unfortunately—dad speaking there, not a knock against the house). The owner was very responsive to messaging. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! Me and my friends had a lovely time at this lake house, the beds were comfy and there was more than enough room for sixteen of us. The place is very well taken care of and you can tell there is a lot of thought and work put into the home. All the amenities were amazing from the chair to the sauna everything worked great and the hot tub was to die for. We loved our stay and would 100% come again.

Crissy and this beautiful cozy cabin in the woods, are both wonderful! Arrangements couldn’t be easier, lots of recommendations for things to do, but just hanging out in the home is nice too. Great place to unwind.

We had a great stay at Jill's place. Very comfortable for 4 people and enjoyed the surroundings. We would stay again.

This place was peaceful, yet close to everything. Beautiful view from most of the rooms in the house. My kids had a great time collecting sea glass on the little beach area in front of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our long weekend at Joe’s place. The gorgeous waterfront setting, the history, the utterly peaceful vibe, brilliant starlit night skies, reading by candlelight every night…it was a special experience to be there, and we hope to return. Thank you Joe!!

Very nice place, totally renovated, spacious, cozy, and comfortable. It is located in a very beautiful area. We will be back for sure!

We have been staying at various places around North America and can say — without question — this was the nicest/all-around properties we have ever stayed at during our lengthy relationship. As I told the property owner, who by the way is a fabulous person, the photos of the Signal Point home don’t do it justice. The home is even more beautiful in person. We have also never been in a house as perfectly stocked with amenities in our lives. There was a ton of paper products already there for us. The linens were in abundance galore. And the gift bag for us when we arrived was an awesome touch that you don’t get everywhere. Bottom line, we have been staying in Boothbay Harbor for close to a decade during our Maine visits. And this is the best property we’ve been fortunate to land for our trip. We will be back next year and years to come before we buy our own place at Signal Point!

We can't say enough about the fantastic location and condition of Vacasa Maine's condo. It appeared the furnishings and everything is brand new. The decorating is very attractive and the unit was pristine in cleanliness. The best thing about it is the location. We could not have asked for anything better than to overlook the bay, watch the tide, the boat traffic, and the twinkling lights across the bay in the evening. The shops and restaurant's of Boothbay Harbor are within walking distance. We frequented the restaurant downstairs several times and were not disappointed. This was our first trip to Maine and your accommodations made it all we hoped for. We would definitely stay there again!
