Holiday rentals with beach access in Lincoln Park, Chicago

Amy is an excellent host! She was so proactive about reaching out ahead of time and checking in on us. The unit was extremely clean! Easiest check in I have had with Airbnb—clear/specific directions. Amy was also super accommodating with our checkout time—we had a late flight (7:45pm) and we were able to check out at 5pm instead of noon which allowed us to maximize the last day of our trip! SO close to Loyola beach and has easy access to public transit. There are just a few improvements that would make this a perfect Airbnb: 1) the mattress is uncomfortable (extremely firm), 2) there is a beautiful kitchen but it is not well stocked with the basics (strainer, cooking utensils, pots, etc)—we made do by getting a little creative! Not a problem if you plan on eating out the whole time. 3) A few end tables would be nice for setting a glass of water/coffee etc, 4) needs a few more towels for being so close to the beach! Nonetheless, I would love to stay again and highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how responsive and accommodating Stephanie was! The view is beautiful and the surrounding area was great. Being right above a coffee shop was also extremely convenient.

Such a stylish and cozy spot in the heart of Andersonville! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the space had so much charm. Just steps away from great shops, restaurants, and everything else you would need near Clark street. Would definitely stay again!

Love your place. The owners are available and very helpful. The neighborhood is very nice—great location, etc. Our only request would be a handrail to go up the steps into the house. As seniors, we really need handrails. However, we love staying in your beautiful unit and will definitely stay there again when we come back to Chicago. Thanks again for a great stay.

Excellent place to stay. Quite a fe steps for those with issues getting up and down steps, but worth it.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who lives in Lincoln Park. The location was spectacular. It was close to a plethora of wonderful restaurants, bars, and markets, as well as a short uber ride to downtown. The street where the home is located was very quiet and walking distance to the Lincoln Park Zoo, Conservatory, North Pond, and the beach. We will try to stay here again when we visit.

Once again, Holly & Mark provided a beautiful experience. They go above & beyond in hosting duties. A small example: I needed toothpicks for a project, & was about to go buy some, when Holly offered an assortment of 5 different kinds of toothpicks for me to choose from! I was staying for nearly two months, as I was teaching at Northwestern. The location was perfect! The neighborhood is friendly & has great restaurants & easy transportation. Holly & Mark are warm, wonderful, & take excellent care of their guests. It felt like home, & I look forward to staying there again the next time I’m in Chicago.

Dorothy was very helpful and accommodating. She was communicating with us about construction around her place and challenges we might face getting there. Our travel plans changed several times and she was flexible and remained helpful through all of the changes. Another positive for Dorothy was the extras at the place. Bagels, yogurt, coffee, and toiletries were all available for us. Loved the peaceful location close to amenities. A good hub to explore Chicago from. Thank you!

Rasheed was very attentive. His home is in an excellent location, walking distance to resturants and shopping. The rooftop provided a spectular view of the city. I would definitely recommend Rasheed's home on a trip to Chicago!

Caryl was extremely helpful with a check in process and she introduced us the property as well as surrounding local attractions. We felt the place was warm and very spacious for our group and we had a pleasant stay.

We would definitely use this location again when in town with family. Specious and only a short uber ride from everything we needed.

Words can’t describe how beautiful and clean the property and neighborhood is! The house is very spacious and modern. The basement is new, has a big room and bathroom with shower. The masters bedroom has a living room and GORGEOUS bathroom! The host provided cleaning supplies and even personal bathroom supplies for men and woman. The host was very nice and friendly 🥰 We had an incident with our previous AIRBNB and we had to rent this one last minute- The host responded at 1am letting us checked in at 1am. If you plan on staying here, please take care of it lol It’s such a lovely house! 100% Recommend!

This was a fantastic find! My whole party loved the place. It was clean and wonderfully located in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to transport to walk but far enough from the noise and bustle of downtown. Shawn was very responsive to any questions I had and was super kind and friendly! I absolutely would stay here again!!

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Cheryl’s hosting! She and her husband went above and beyond for us. They are so responsive and friendly and even went so far as buying a pack and play for us last minute and jumping our car battery when it died! Talk about amazing! The place had everything we needed and the location was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

Our daughter was graduating from University of Chicago while our other daughter graduated from USAF flight school in Mississippi, and our family and friends visited from locations scattered around multiple time zones. Florin's location was simply the perfect place to handle such incoming chaos while lowering blood pressure to encourage a wonderful graduation experience headache-free. The rooftop experience was stunning, and everybody has been raving about the furnishings and easy-going environment in such a lovely place. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spa-worthy, and there were simply so many careful and thoughtful touches at this location that made it hard to leave! Florin has multiple parking options, but we only needed one nearby, offstreet parking place that was never a problem---surprising for a big city like Chicago! In short, this was probably the finest AirBnB we ever visited, and we are so grateful for such an exclamation point on a magical weekend. Thank you, Florin!

Our stay in Chicago wouldn’t have been what it was without this Airbnb. The at home feel and energy made the stay more than comfortable. We absolutely loved the neighborhood it was safe and quiet. The apartment was beautiful and tidy. The experience felt very personal with fresh baked cookies upon arrival, and a well equipped kitchen with things like eggs and butter being provided along with non alcoholic beverages. If I had to recommend an Airbnb in Chicago it would 100% be this one every time!

It was a very cozy apartment with a nice set up. Easy access to university of Chicago and the lakefront trail. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo is in a quiet and attractive neighborhood and the hosts answered my few questions promptly. The place was very clean and although the bedrooms were small, it was nice that each of us (nana and two teens) could have their own space.

Chip and Lito's place is a dream! Spacious, clean, quiet, and convenient to restaurants, the "L", and the beach. Apartment is very well appointed, yet not cluttered. The shower is awesome! It was very nice to have a full kitchen, with coffee makers and dishwasher. I definitely plan to stay here the next time I visit Chicago!

Kyriako is a great host, and responded quickly to my messages. She gave very detailed instructions via video about how to check in and find the parking spot. This is a very nice rental in a lovely neighborhood only a few blocks from the beach! The building is quiet and secure. There are delicious restaurants within walking distance and the free parking spot in back was a real plus! I would definitely use this rental again in the future 😊

This home was beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfortable, from the mattresses to the linens. We loved how clean and clearly cared for everything was, and Mark and Marcelo were responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We needed a place that felt like home while visiting Chicago for my son's graduation, and this was perfect for the three of us. An added bonus was that there is a designated parking spot on the premises.

Nice place in a great neighborhood. Really appreciated the opportunity to leave the car parked and walk and train everywhere. The house was clean and tidy and Ari provided a list of neighborhood dining recommendations. We had six people in our party and there was just enough space that we didn't end up sick of each other. Overall, the trip was wonderful.

Pablo was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, even volunteering to have us check in early. His place was spacious (can accommodate 4-5 people) and comfortable. . . really a home away from home. Had everything we needed for a 5-day stay . . washer/dryer a plus! Parking can be a challenge, but using SPOT Hero helped us identify available spots. While next to the train, the train noise was more like white noise and did not disturb us. Would definitely stay again!
