A cozy bungalow very close to the highly-desirable Proctor and 6th Avenue districts, offering many restaurants, bars and nightlife. Private studio space includes queen-sized bed, full bathroom (with laundry included), large eat-in kitchen with all cookware and utensils provided, and single car parking right out your front door. Charming private outdoor courtyard area is the perfect place to spend quiet time with your gourmet coffee or favorite wine. This property is NOT pet friendly.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. North End Cottages welcomes you to kick back & relax in stylish cottages (built in 1904 and recently fully renovated) located on a coveted dead-end street in North End Tacoma. Situated near UPS & the hospitals, North End Cottages is within 5-15 minute walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and more. North End Cottages consists of two separate houses on one property, The Main House and The Carriage House. Guests may book one or both under separate listings.

This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!
