We have this Beautiful Bungalow set 20m adjacent to our family home on our acre of private land, securely gated and set in rural Lincolnshire farmland. We are a 20 min drive from Skegness Beach and have a main co-op and chip shop two miles from the home. The Bungalow shares access with our family home via a large private car park which can hold 10 cars. The Bungalow has a Communal sun lounge area approx 4msq which is shared with Sherwood Studio Annexe. 2 sets of patio furniture.

Kokomo, unique fitties holiday chalet

At the end of an unmade sandy lane at the back of the sand dunes, you will find Kokomo. Black shiplap boards clad it’s walls, under a gently sloping felt roof, this little cabin hunkers down on the edge of the sea in its garden of wild, prickly, yet aromatic plants that are toughened by the sparse pumice-like soil, and the salt-laden winds. A bit log cabin, a bit ‘Scandi’, a lot ‘us’, this is our bolt hole, at the edge of the world.
