My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Marylise’s place. The home was spotless, exactly as described, and located in a wonderfully peaceful and private area—while still being easily accessible to the city. Marylise was incredibly accommodating, kindly allowing us a late check-out due to remote work commitments, which we really appreciated. This was genuinely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

The cottage was exactly as described and met all our needs. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The cottage is easy to find and the flexible access was very useful. Can highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay with my friends for 1 night! Perfect for a big group, lovely bedrooms and a big sized living room. Set in a gorgeous location with countryside views. We had a great meal in the local pub and made use of the hot tub at the property. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone!

Susan is the best host! Lovely and thoughtful welcome amenities provided for our group, bumblebee barn is so homely, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Susan's cottage , it's all you could want and more , Susan is very accessible, and gets back to you quickly ..No negatives at all ..👍😁

Beautiful place and really quiet though also right near beach and plenty in walking distance. Recommendations in welcome pack great. Lovely little sun trap garden. We hope to return later in year. Brilliant

The Lodge is a comfortable and striking home from home. We had a perfect few days break with my elderly mother who has walking difficulties. The Lodge was the perfect place for her with everything she needed at ground level. Cheryl and Paul are so friendly and helpful and gave us some recommendations for places to eat and visit (we can now recommend The Fleece Inn in Burgh-le-Marsh too!) As "townies" we found the tranquility of The Lodge and it's pretty little garden, surrounded by countryside, quite magical. Thank you Cheryl and Paul!

Absolutely stunning place, the pictures don’t do it justice ! Beds were super comfortable and the shower was amazing. Host was really lovely and responsive !

A friend and I booked this place as a short get away for 1 night, taking 1 dog along with us. Whilst we did have to carry the dog up the metal staircase to gain access, we were forewarned and knew this not to be an issue for the dog we took along. We were clearly notified of the rules for no dogs on the furniture, again not a problem for this particular dog (we wouldn't have taken the other male dog here as it wouldn't have been suitable for him and the wishes of the owner). We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location and was kindly directed where we could walk the dog by the owner, which included field edges and public footpaths with lovely views. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax for the evening enjoying the warm weather. We found everything we needed and the stay was just what we needed, very peaceful. There are surrounding neighbours but the location still felt private and all communication was easy and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Wow!!! A truly amazingly spacious house. Just spent 4 nights there celebrating my 60th with the family. Simon and Mandy met my husband as he arrived to go through everything. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need. Literally home from home. There was 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog and with so much room we could spread out. The children loved being able to run around and of course the pool!! The men thoroughly enjoyed the games room every evening especiallythe pinball machine. Us ladies chilled in the lounge room with a wine. We asked if one of the double single rooms could be made into a superking and the hosts were only to happy to oblige. The house was exactly as described, in fact better! Located in a rural quiet area. Spotlessly clean too. Bath towels supplied were so soft. The hosts kept in touch and answered all my messages promptly. Can't think of anything to fault as so perfect. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hill Crest House.

Wonderful caravan; very comfortable, clean, plenty of kitchen equipment if you want to cook for yourself or there are a great variety of eat out/order in type of food establishments on site. Plenty of space for everyone in the caravan & a perfect position near to the Boathouse restaurant but nice & private at the end of a row. Highly recommend this as a great break, a home from home!

Absolutely loved our stay at the container! So private and peaceful with horses and goats as neighbours. Really great well kept lawns for playing with the dog on and a lovely comfy bed. Even tea and sugar for a morning cuppa! Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

The house is beautifully decorated, has a very well equipped kitchen and the outside space is very private and a lovely sun trap. We all enjoyed the hot tub and recommend the local Kinema in the Woods for a lovely cinema experience!

Had a beautiful stay with family for my 60th. Everything was perfect even with 2 dogs staying with us. Great for my husband to plane spot. Michelle is a brilliant host, kept us informed up until check in, then on hand afterwards. Like having a good friend on your phone. We will definitely be coming back again. Sooner the better x

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

It was an absolutely lovely cottage. Henny checked that everything was fine after the first night and if I needed anything to make my stay there better.

Tamsin could not have been a more helpful person in the run up to my arrival at the property. The property was spotlessly clean inside and although modern it still managed to be cosy. One if my reason's for visiting Lincoln was to visit the nearby RAF Bomber Command Museum. The monument of the museum is visible from the outside patio area! My Air B&B stay was exactly how it should be.

another great stay, so glad i found it. Right next to city centre (well, the older part anyway) yet really quiet too. Its pretty perfect for 4-6 people (would fit another if there was a camp bed in the little snug room....?), really roomy and convenient, will certainly be back. Now we have discoivered Cafe Misto next door with great Italian food (cheap, tasy, huge portions) we def look forwards to a return.

Camilla couldn’t do more for us. On the hottest day of the year Camilla provided extra fans, an umbrella for the outside patio as well as assistance to open the velux roof windows. On the day of check out our dog was ill and needed emergency veterinary care. Camilla was very understanding and flexible to be able to support us. Can’t say thank you enough!

Absolutely fabulous home from home. Excellent & clean accommodation with superb facilities. A fab enclosed outdoor space which was ideal for pooch. A special thanks to Andy for being a great host & very responsive. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture too

The house was easy to find and the off street parking was clearly described. At first was a little anxious about the description of the narrow road to the back of the house but it was fine just a single lane one way street we managed fine. Back garden is secluded and pretty. The Castle, Cathedral and restaurants are all an easy short stroll away.

We were absolutely thrilled and blown away with Nicola's beautiful home. It was spotlessly clean, superbly well-appointed and beautifully decorated. We were able to have a genuinely restful and enjoyable weekend away. The property's location was stunningly quiet and picturesque. We honestly couldn't have wished for more, and Nicola's communication leading up to our stay also allowed us to completely enjoy our time there. Thank you so much, Nicola. I cannot recommend your lovely property enough.

We loved our weekend at The Treehouse. The apartment is well laid out and tastefully furnished. It's so convenient for Lincoln which is a 15-20 minute walk. We had a lovely breakfast at the Sycamore restaurant just downstairs. The local pub was great and there are takeaways within walking distance. James is a great host and really made us feel at home.
