Quiet, rural location but does have local shops and villages nearby. Steven was very friendly and accomodating, replied to all messages very quickly. The inside of the apartment was nice and clean and has a big spacious garden. He is in the process of doing up the property but im sure once its all finished it will be a lovely place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Caroline's place was very clean, spacious, with all mod cons and well decorated. Beds were firm but comfy and kids loved the bunk beds. Great shower (always hot water) and kitchen well equipped for our week's stay. Whilst busy, we managed to park on the road with no issues. Flat is situated in an excellent location, only 5 mins walk to sandy beach and pier/amusements and the high street in opposite direction. Lovely park with swings 2 mins away. Only small negative (not the owners fault, but guess this is the challenge with house conversions and tricky to sound proof between floors) was we had a noisy family with young kids running around and (sounded like) jumping off furniture above us from 6.30/7am for the first 2 morning's, but the later guests we barely heard, so didn't affect our stay significantly. Caroline was very responsive to questions and friendly to deal with. Would be happy to stay again.

This was our second stay here and we had another lovely stay. It is in a great central location, a nice flat with everything you need and we found it quiet. Thank you Lisa, and for accommodating our dates. I am sure we will be back!

enjoyed our stay, thank you. right next to a fish and chips shop a couple of great bars within walking distance and directly on the sea front. the flat has a lovely outside seating area, big bonus is private parking. bed was super comfy. we will be back

Great hosts, quick response to questions, in a beautiful peaceful spot 10 minutes from town. Couldn't recommend more highly!

From the moment we arrived at Dower house apartments it was clear this Airbnb was a special one. The log burner in the welcoming hallway, the imposing staircase and then the absolutely beautiful apartment (no 4). The apartment is as you can see on the photos but it seems nothing has been overlooked-everything you need for a short stay is there, with a few lovely extras from Neil. It took us around 30 minutes to walk to town but there is a bus stop around 10 minutes walk away which definitely helps! Neil is a very welcoming host and has done an amazing job with the apartments. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Had a lovely long weekend in Natalie's beautiful apartment. The photos really don't do it justice, it's cosy, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely recommend and return. Woodhall Spa is a lovely, friendly place, we enjoyed drinks at Bar Eleven and food at Lorenzo's and the Abbey Lodge.

Booked this for my mum who was happy with her stay. She struggled slightly with finding things at first but overall had a nice relaxing time.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb for two nights, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The interior of the home was stunning—tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location was equally impressive, with breathtaking views that added an extra layer of peace and relaxation to the stay. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery was truly a highlight.

We had a great stay at Alisons abode, and enjoyed our overnight stay immensley. Having travelled along way , and spent a few hours at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre at Spilsby, ( well worth a visit ) .. we needed somewhere to relax and recover, and found that at Alisons place ..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed time on the beautiful clean beach, ice creams from down stairs, so peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do for the little one and the dog! The cafe, restaurant downstairs is ideal great bonus with lots of choice, we are already planning our next trip can’t wait to return ! Thank you very much 😊

Well appointed apartment, both bedrooms with en suite. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. We stayed during the school holidays and it was relatively peaceful with only a few people walking past. Street parking was always available outside.

This was such a lovely place to stay, we would recommend to anyone looking to visit Woodhall Spa. Sonia’s place was perfect, modern, super clean and fresh. Local area is so private, wide streets and really quiet and relaxing. Short walk from pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. On site parking was amazing too. Great security which made use feel extra safe and secure. Thank you again Sonia for an amazing stay! Will for sure be visiting again! 😍😍😍

We stayed for a five-week staycation. The flat / apartment is very comfortable with everything you need. Clean, really well-presented. A lovely shower with rainfall head, hand-held head and horizontal spray as well. It is a first-floor (second floor for US AirBnB'ers) with apartments above and below but it was quiet and peaceful. The neighbours were quiet and respectful. The smoke alarms are very sensitive and sound through the whole building when triggered, so that is a small negative. The car parking space is small and awkward if you have more than a smaller car but there is good parking very close by. Noel, our host, was fast to respond to any queries. Overall, good value and a very enjoyable and peaceful stay. Recommended very much indeed.

Bedsides spotless, the place is charming. An old house with exposed beams... there are many in England. But this one was special in that it is carefully designed with taste and little to no Ikea. It's graceful and perfect for a couple. It even has a small dressing room between the bathroom and bedroom. Also, I thoroughly recommend the bed. Very very comfortable. John is a wonderful host and a lovely person. He left us bread and some breakfast essentials, which was very appreciated! If you are there on a Tuesday, do go to the Wig and Miter. They have a fun quiz night! (We did terribly... but had a lot of fun!)

This place was amazing ! Exceptionally beautiful interior design. It’s stunning as soon as you step though the front door , such a romantic feel about the whole place.Very luxurious & made our weekend away for a wedding extra special. Lucretia was a fabulous host & always responded very quickly & positively. This place is definitely a hidden secret & with Newark castle directly over the road , with the river behind it & set in beautiful grounds. Really excellent pubs , restaurants bistros & cafes on the doorstep , nice shopping everywhere, I can’t recommend Lucretia or her beautiful place enough & I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there or recommend it to anyone.

Loved everything about our stay. Beautiful, comfortable and lovely views both from downstairs and the bedroom. The little touches during our stay really stood out - loved the croissants, milk and OJ! Really liked the level of light (natural and artificial) and mirrors in the stay. Linen smelt really fresh and clean. The booklet with information was so helpful. Communication was great from Martin throughout, we mentioned it would have been helpful for us to arrive earlier than standard check in time and he prepared the place to be ready for us sooner - we met him as we were leaving and he was super friendly. Thank you for such a lovely stay and we hope to stay here again.

The flat had a lovely vibe to it. Traditional old building in the middle of the town. Host was welcoming and hospitable.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable house. Some nice touches like fresh milk, tea and coffee and fruit as well as shampoo and shower gel. I’ll definitely return next year!

Excellent accommodations first a weekend away with friends. Loves having two bedrooms and a common living area. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Also really great that there was a TV in each bedroom as well as in the lounge!
