In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the lively Maximilianstraße. Absolute peace and quiet in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, in which also a cot can be found. The fold-out sofa (140cmx200cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers .

Enclosed apartment with its own enclosed bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the 2nd floor of our house. On the 1st floor and on the ground floor, my wife and I have our premises. Please note: To access your Airbnb apartment, you will use a shared house entrance with us and our premises will also pass through our premises on the ground floor. If you want to use one of the 2 terraces, you can also reach them through our living room on the ground floor.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Shampoo and towels are of course available. The toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for you. A large glass front with glass doors opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, bright and green.

Aunt Paula

Even as a child, every stay with Aunt Paula was like a vacation. In memory of this beautiful time, we want to make this jewel available to other vacationers. The apartment was completely renovated and fully refurbished in 2024/25. The "Tante Paula" apartment is centrally located in Lindau-Aeschach, less than 10 minutes' walk to the lake. Supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, bakery and the weekly market are just around the corner.
