Es gibt Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants im Umkreis von fußläufig 10 Min. Mit Bus ( Nr.74 hält auch in Plagwitz + Südvorstadt) oder Bahn ( Nr. 7 ab Wielandstr. 4 Min zu Fuß) seid ihr in 15-20 min in der City.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen im Hof bereit.

Beautiful and cozy flat with a very nice view over Leipzig. Close to the city center (ca. 20 minutes on foot) and perfect traffic connections because only 5 min to the next tram or bus stop and only 15 min to the main station to go everywhere from there (Fair, Airport, etc.).
