Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

Little red house - Sweden as you imagine it!

You like to glance out of the window, over a wild meadow leading to a lake? While having some buttered toast and your freshly brewed first coffee of the day? I guess you'll like it here. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Lyxigt renoverad stuga med bla vedeldad bastu (ved ingår), braskamin, tvättmaskin, kyl och frys, kristallkrona mm. Välutrustat kök! Lugnt läge - se foton! Fiber - snabbt wifi, båt, fiske, 2 cyklar. Vi vill att gäster grovstädar - dvs diskar, tömmer sopor och sopar upp skräp. Utcheckning 11.00 och incheckning efter 15.00. OM det inte är bokat kan Ni mot mindre avgift (300 SEK) komma tidigare på dagen - och checka ut senare. Husdjur är välkomna - men inte i sovrummen (heltäckningsmatta).

Egen lägenhet i varsamt renoverat 1700-talshus vid Järleåns naturreservat. Övervåning: Sovrum, två sängar + bäddsoffa. Dusch m toalett. Teverum med braskamin. Möjlighet till extrarum m två sängar enl.ö. Nedervåningen: Badrum. Matrum/vardagsrum. Kök. Tillgång till tvättstuga. (Dörren mellan kök och tvättstuga behöver stå på glänt eftersom det bor en katt i huset.). Egen ingång med uteplats. Parkering och wifi finns. Mycket vackra omgivningar, liten badplats i ån två minuter bort.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and two cats and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. Central vindslägenhet med gratis parkering

Centralt i Lindesberg hittar du den här mysiga vindslägenheten på en enskild sidobyggnad på 1700-tals gården Brotorpsgård. På gården finns även tillgång till en uteplats. Här har du nära till det mesta så som lasarettet, centrum och idrottsanläggningar. Lägenheten är på 30 kvm, har ett fullt utrustat kök, dusch och toalett. Det finns tre sängar (2x90cm, 1x120cm). Lakan ingår inte men kan hyras på plats vid behov. Gratis parkering för en bil ingår.

Idyllic guesthouse on the country side!

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.

A cottage in the middle of the forest near Högsjö

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
