Dit unieke zwembadhuis ligt midden in hartje Borne. Hierbij kunt u genieten van verschillende wellness mogelijkheden. U kunt genieten van uw rust in een bosrijke omgeving. Daarnaast bevindt het centrum van Borne zich op loopafstand. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 and bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here they can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1st floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
