Brady's place was GREAT! The house is decorated so nicely and the beds were super comfy. It was the best slept I had gotten in a LONG time! Brady was so accommodating and very quick to respond! We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and it was beyond amazing. The home is just so gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. We got to be there with the peony garden in bloom! What a treat. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed for our family gathering. We definitely hope to be able to stay again next year!

This was by far one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at! The house was amazing, the hosts were so kind, everyone felt at home, and not cramped while getting ready for my son’s wedding. The retro decor of the place made me wax nostalgic of my childhood! The dead-end street gave us a quiet, private place where we could be comfortable and there were baby deer everywhere to ooh and ah at! We definitely will be back when needing to stay in Iowa again!

We spent an entire month at this charming home and loved every minute of it! The house was spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. The cozy sectional, in front of the large screen TV, was a delightful luxury that we now think we can’t live without. The bedding and mattresses were also incredibly comfortable —and will be sorely missed. For us, the location was ideal—close to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. The neighbors we met were friendly and went out of their way to be kind. This fantastic house, with its amazing hosts, is our new favorite place to stay in Cedar Rapids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very cute, beautifully appointed and quiet. Most importantly it was super clean! The beds are comfortable and we were appreciative of the nice linens and towels. Kenneth and Cathy were easy to communicate with and so pleasant to work with. Check in and out was easy. The location is perfect, easy to get to everything. We hope that we are able to stay here again when we visit Cedar Rapids!

This was the perfect arbnb for our family as we played in a baseball tournament! The location is amazing; walkable to downtown and a very short drive to all of the baseball fields in Dyersville. We would absolutely stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay near everything but yet in a quiet space.

I will be honest, my husband and I are very picky with tidiness of a place in the accommodation spaces, and Karen’s place surpassed our expectations. The decor is well done but most of the entire space stood out with its cleanliness . The bed was also very comfortable. Will always be looking foward to our future stays here. Karen seems very polite and such a hard worker in keeping the compound of her property tidy too. I would recommend anyone and everyone to consider her place. it’s worth every penny .

Great place. Convenient location walkable to downtown. Very clean. This was our first time in Cedar Rapids. We loved the downtown market on Saturday as well as the NewBo Market and Czech Village.

While I was staying here it was very nice and very clean. The surrounding area was beautiful and always felt safe. The place on the inside was super great very well decorated and very well kept up. So if you like authentic places this is the place for you. If I ever come into town again I will definitely book again.

We came into town for a reunion on campus. The house was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go, but also in a quiet and peaceful spot. The house was extremely clean, very comfortable, and nicely decorated and supplied. I highly recommend staying here, and I look forward to coming back at some point.

GREAT location. The space was welcoming and we had plenty of sleeping options. It was a treat to be so close to the shops and BBQ festive. The outside space was fun to enjoy the outdoors and grill was a bonus. The amenities were all great. Will stay again sometime!!

I was in town for a weeklong event. The place was lovely, friendly and fun neighborhood with many great food spots but was quiet after dark. Easy walk to campus.

Ross and Hope were extremely responsive and were so easy to work with! The condo is gorgeous, very inviting, open and comfortable! Our beds were super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped if you choose to stay in a prepare your own meal! The location is fabulous! Great restaurants within walking distance, a lovely wine and cheese bar across the street, two coffee shops in the neighborhood as well a couple iconic restaurants!! The Hamburg Inn for milk shakes and Pagliai’s for pizza, and the top restaurant, The Webster, right downstairs on the street level. We would absolutely stay here again!

Obsessed with the decor. I rented this space for my bridal party to get ready in before my wedding. We loved the space and decor was on theme. Perfect for a bridal party or a chill hangout spot. Would definitely recommend!
