We loved Timothy's place! The home is super cozy and has everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. It was also really nice to be able to park our car in the spacious garage. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back this way soon, and we hope to be able to stay here again!

Perfect! The property was so beautiful - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the comforts of home! My family wanted to stay longer! Can’t think of a single way they could improve. You will love the open layout, comfy beds, updated bathrooms, bedroom fans, stocked kitchen, games, and more! Plus it is surrounded by lovely landscaping and a short walk to the playground. Close enough easy access, but far enough away to never hear a sound!

Kimberly so super kind!! Her home is beautiful and the art is amazing!!! It was super clean and quiet!! The neighborhood feels safe and the neighbor next door is super friendly!!! It’s an amazing place to stay! She even had craft stuff for adults and littles!!! Highly recommend!!

3rd stay at this quaint home in NE CR. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Decor is very cute and retro-themed. Plenty of linens, towels, blankets. As I’ve said on previous reviews, this place would not be great for people with mobility issues or small children. There’s no bathroom on the main level and a few different stairways (only 4-5 stairs each).

This place is a gem! We initially rented the house for out of town family attending our son’s high school graduation party … which ended up taking place in a separate building on the property! Plenty of space for a bounce house & green space for the little (and bigger) kids to run & play. It was the perfect solution & home-base for all those that gathered. - John was accommodating in our shifting timelines, very responsive to questions & also was proactive in anticipating our needs & questions. All who stayed here said they would stay again. We HIGHLY recommend!!

This was our first ever AirBnB stay and it didn’t disappoint! This cute and charming little home was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. To be honest, it was pricier than it was worth for us, only because we barely spent any time there. Most of our time was spent with family off site. But, we knew that would be the case going into it. We would make one suggestion, to add optional foam mattress toppers in the rooms. All of the beds are very, very firm. But, we would rent this again! Great overall experience and great communication with the hosts! Thank you!

Excellent communications with response within a minute. We were here for our annual trip to Iowa to visit friends and family and it was a perfect location. Extremely pet friendly with a beautiful fenced back yard. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard listening to the birds and watching the wildlife ( squirrels and rabbits) and so did our dogs. Will diffidently will try and stay here again.

Dylan's place was just as described - good space and amenities. The fenced backyard and deck were great. It was very close to local coffee shops/diners and had all we needed for a weekend away.

The perfect place for 5 of us who had just finished paddling on the nearby Cedar River. Matthew was especially accommodating. A short walk to several good restaurants and bars.

Good house, location and host!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful historic home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the craftsmanship and charm- it’s clear this home has a rich history, and the thoughtful updates make it incredibly comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole house was spotless and well-appointed. We loved having TVs in every room and appreciated the modern touches like the updated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The backyard was one of our favorite features- spacious, fully fenced, and perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning and winding down in the evening. It was great for our pet (it would be great for kids too). The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything, and we felt right at home the entire time. Whether you’re looking for a family getaway or just a peaceful retreat, this home has it all. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cedar Rapids!

Dawn was an awesome host, house was clean and had a lot of features. Anytime there was an issue Dawn responded quickly and got the problem solved efficiently. I highly recommend staying in her adorable little home with a great backyard perfect for hosting people!

Very easy and accommodating

We were in town for a University of Iowa graduation and the space was perfect for our large group. Jessiah was very responsive to my questions and our stay was clean and comfortable. We had our dogs with us and they felt welcome with some special touches, the fenced yard was nice for them to relax in.

Had a nice and comfortable stay at Renjena’s. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house and linens were clean. Great for our 4 night stay. Renjena was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would recommend.

We had a great stay and felt like we had everything we needed. The house is close to shopping and a park and the main trail that runs through CR. The hot tub was fantastic and I loved that there was shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. The only "negative" was that the yard isn't fully fenced and we have a dog, but that's easily fixed by bringing a leash! I'm looking forward to staying again the next time we visit.

We loved the house and enjoyed our stay. Very appreciative of the fact we were able to bring our dogs, they loved it as much as we did. Clean house, plenty of room, and lots to do in the area. Couldn’t tell which side of the house was considered the front regarding the rules that were given, so I made the mistake of our dogs almost meeting the neighbors dog who seemed fairly aggressive, no other complaints though. The hot tub was great!

We had an excellent weekend. Ideal for our girls weekend and would highly recommend. I had a few questions for the owner and messaged her and her responses were immediate and kind. I noticed later, the answers to my questions were in the house book they had carefully put together for their guests. Place was everything they had desribed!

We were so very impressed with the layout of the house, the size of the yard, the hot tub and all of the games available. The kitchen was generously stocked with all the pots and pans we needed and had a great selection of spices available. Lots of different coffee. For us it was a magical week. We never needed Harshad’s assistance but he kept in touch during the entire stay. We give this place our highest recommendation. If we stay in any of the other cities that Harshad & Ishti have homes, we will definitely look at them first.
