Silvio is not a person you find every day!He is a unique ,courteous person of a unique cordiality that is difficult to find now. The apartment speaks for itself in the photos and simply fantastic in everything. You want something in the apartment there is! Then it is not an apartment but a small independent villa attached via a porch to another house . The house is a gem and it is so thanks to its owner who takes care of it in every detail. We had a great time at Caterina's. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The view of the countryside was very calming. Budoni beach can be reached in a few minutes by car (dogs allowed).

We had a very pleasant time at Mariantonietta's house. Everything went smoothly, the house was quiet, peaceful, with all the equipment, even beach chairs and a parasol. The mornings were very pleasant, the view of the sea and the distant sound of the grazing animals calmed me down a lot ☺️

Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a delayed flight. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and at temperatures a little low in early May. Excellent value for money and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended

We had a lovely week here. The highlight is clearly the large garden with plenty of space, sun, shade, barbecue and absolute tranquility - ideal for enjoying nature and privacy. The landlords live upstairs, but are very reserved and helpful if you need anything. The apartment itself is fine, but a little outdated. There were minor defects, but overall everything was still functional. If you don't expect luxury, but are looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, you will get good value for money here - so we can definitely recommend it!
