The house is well exposed to enjoy the outdoors, good grills and its large wooden terrace. Not overlooked, you will have a view of nature. 15 minutes from the sea (Pourville, Dieppe, Sainte Marguerite sur Mer), you can enjoy walks and sports activities such as kite surfing or surfing. House located in the heart of the landscaped garden with two terraces. At the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for 2 persons, 3 comfortable chairs, a closet, TV, a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC. Upstairs (steep staircase): 2 connecting rooms separated by a wardrobe, WC with hand washing. A bed of 140x190cm and two beds of 90x190cm. Garden salon, sun decks, table-tennis table, private parking.

We offer our small 30 m2 guest house at the bottom of the garden, all comforts: bedroom with 140 bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, small living room with sofa bed. Ideal for 2-3 people. Warning! We are in Tiny House mode, the ceiling is not Hausmannian, complicated for people over 1.95 m! It has a beautiful terrace with barbecue and Mollkye, not overlooked. I provide tea and coffee for your arrival, the bed will be made.
