A little paradise in the center of the village of Linxe! Forest all around, ocean 10 minutes away, shops on site, beautiful life in perspective :) The independent studio is located in the outbuilding of the house and includes a bathroom with toilet and sink. The kitchen is to be shared with me and is located in the main house (fridge in the studio). Shared access also to the covered terrace called Chill zone with electricity and sofa. The main living room includes an open kitchen with a central island, overlooking a bright living room with access to the garden on the edge of the forest. Cleaning will be done by you. if this is not the case, a payout of 120 euros will be requested upon your departure.

Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
