Set in a 2-hectare park, this cottage can accommodate 14 people and offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. Ideal for family reunions or vacations with friends. Relaxation is guaranteed thanks to the sauna (4 people) and the heated pool (12 m x 5 m) from May to October. The sleeping accommodations are divided into 6 bedrooms (160-cm bed), each with a private bathroom or shower room and toilet. Bedroom 6 has 2 bunk beds, i.e., 4 90 x 200 cm (3 x 6.6 ft) beds, opposite a 6th bathroom.

Ideal for a stay with family or friends, the villa is just 15 minutes from the Lamotte-Beuvron Equestrian Park and close to the natural charms of Sologne and its ponds. A discreet owner lives on site in a separate outbuilding.

The “Fire Pit Lodge” cabin, with its Canadian touches, welcomes you in a green setting in the heart of the Loiret, in a Loir'etape village and close to the châteaux. This cabin, located by a small pond, will allow you to relax in complete privacy, spend lovely evenings by the “fire pit” (braziers), or even discover yoga through private lessons. Independent studio of 25 m², new and cozy. It can accommodate up to two people with a double bed on the mezzanine. TV, sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note that there is no kitchen, but the accommodation is equipped with an electric stove (pot, pan, cutlery), a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee machine with coffee available. The accommodation is very close to the Dampierre-en-Burly nuclear power plant, a 5-minute walk.
