Amazing quiet place, really beautiful surroundings with plants and nice garden

Wonderful location, super comfortable and convenient, right near the beach, a nice quiet street. All the amenities are super. Highly recommended.

A great relaxing weekend - with a very comfortable bed, lots of storage/hanging space both in main room & bathroom. It's nice to have adequate kitchen towels (both cloth & paper) to wipe the cutlery/crockery etc. The place is so close to the beach & Umina 'main street' where we lunched & brunched at the various restaurants & cafes. Thanks Beth ... we certainly will be back! Footnote: * It was no trouble to fill kettle up from bathroom tap. *We didn't encounter 'noisy neighbour'. It is such a quiet location.

Booked a last minute stay at the palms with my partner and safe to say it was great! We arrived when it was dark and the place looked amazing. Lit up with beautiful lamps all around the house and a super warm feeling. Everything in the house is super well kept and placed making this a perfect spot to relax and feel cozy. During the day this place is absolutely stunning. Beautiful front garden and an amazing coffee machine perfect for the morning. Kitchen is great and all other ammenities are spotless. Donato helped us with a couple things over our stay and was always super easy to contact. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away to get out of the noisy city super peaceful!!
