Very nice villa, tastefully decorated, and with a large bright living room including a spacious kitchen area overlooking the garden. The house equipment is perfect and you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Very quiet environment and possibility to walk to Houlgate and Cabourg. The city center is close and offers quality shops. The Saturday market under the beautiful old hall is exceptional. Agnes is a very friendly person and responds quickly to our questions. I highly recommend this home to gather as a family as we did.

We have just spent 10 days in this beautiful home and would have no hesitation to book again if we were to return to Trouville. There were 4 adults, an 18 month old and a dog and we had plenty of space to share. There were house has all the amenities required for a family stay and has an additional toilet in the utility room. The house has 3 floors and therefore lots of stairs and it’s an uphill walk from the town centre so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was fine for us though and provided the opportunity to walk off the delicious meals we ate in the fantastic restaurants. The location is great for walking into Deauville and beyond, a beautiful coast line. We took the train into Paris also which was brilliant. Mickael was our contact and he was incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions , thank you Mickael!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It is spotless, very well located, close to all amenities and a short walk to the sea. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing. You really feel at home from the moment you arrive, the house is ideally equipped for a family holiday. The books and games available were a real plus, the kids loved their reading moments! A place to recommend without hesitation. Adrien, our host, was very responsive and available throughout our stay, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

We had a very restful couple of nights staying here at the end of our holiday. Our kids loved the garden and the food outdoor toys and the inside of the house was nicely decorated with everything we needed. Valère and Vanessa were very helpful- proactive with recommendations and they checked in a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed!

Very well located accommodation, we were very well received. We had a lovely weekend and the kids were delighted. Quick access to landing beaches and museums.

The location is ideal: small quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach and shops Super well-equipped house, spacious rooms with bathroom/toilet, large table (12 seats) under a large, pleasant awning, competition BBQ, etc. Very responsive and friendly welcome In short, a perfect family weekend, thank you!

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, very close to the beach and town and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Just far enough out from the main town that it is nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend this place !

We love our stay here. We are family of 5 and the cottage is just the perfect space for us. Lise is very responsive and helpful and the breakfast, especially the pound cake is delicious. It’s a very peaceful and rejuvenating place. Highly recommended.

A really unique and intriguing residence. Generously proportioned. Lovely high ceilings and features. Views of the English Channel. Superb location on the promenade at lion sur mer. Swimming pool makes it. A great location for a large family or two families. If you are looking for a base for exploring the D Day beaches and Normandie, this is it. Great spot.

Stunning villa and has everything you need. The space is even nicer in person and hosts were very nice and flexible. Bring your own coffee and coffee filters though and towels :)

Mia is responsive and pleasant. Her instructions are clear and concise. The listing is as advertised. It is very close to the beach and parking for 2 vehicles was easy right in front. We enjoyed staying there for a weekend with friends given the recreational facilities and the immediate proximity to the beach. The only minor downside is the 2 very small and not very functional bathrooms for 8 people. We recommend this accommodation from Mia.
