Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Lipa Noi

Good apartment near Mae Nam beach in a condominium complex. The apartment matches the description and pictures. The complex has a large pool, a gym, as well as parking for cars and motorbikes. The complex is in a quieter area away from the main street, but is only a short walk to the main street and beach. The apartment is well-lit with natural light, getting afternoon and evening sunlight. It has everything you need for a longer term stay- kitchen with basic cooking utensils, a washing machine, seating area, and dining table. Wifi was fast. The only things that detracted from the place was the surrounding area- there were daily garbage burnings from the several of the local neighbors (not in the condo complex), which is unfortunately common in Thailand. Several nights there was some music from a nearby bar, but it only lasted from 8 to 10 pm, so it didn't bother me.

This apartment has the most comfortable and delicious bed I've ever tried in an Airbnb, the pillows are perfect and you really get a full rest, apart from everything you need they leave you an absolutely spectacular hair treatment and spray, as a woman you will appreciate it🤭👌🏻 Nemo's accommodation is perfectly decorated, they have taken care of every detail, it is super clean and fully equipped with everything you need and more for a pleasant and comfortable stay🌿🐚🙌🏻 The washer/dryer is a huge plus when you travel for so many weeks, coffee maker with coffee to grind, tea, basic condiments, black out curtains, basic cleaning supplies, everything is absolutely comfortable, the sofa, the TV, the vacuum cleaner, the balcony, I loved everything!!! If you can book it, do not hesitate to do so, you will have a wonderful experience from a place with an excellent location and Nemo is a great host😊 Thank you for everything! Best, Dani & Will 💜

Great spot with bike hire close. Being on the main road side, noise from traffic was noticeable but not an issue for us. Great parking, 10 step walk from our building and we could see the bike from our balcony. The door to enter the building required a keycard however on the second day we realized it was always unlocked. forgot my nail clippers... 8/10

Incredible place. Even better than the pictures. Lots of restaurants and even a bike shop within walking distance. The view from the balcony is also a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice stay. Everything needed for a shorter or even a longer stay. Pool, Sauna, Tennis court, gym, table tennis table is everything great value. The apartment is very nice as well!

Great place to stay and relax with amazing view from balcony. Close to great places for sunsetting like "Sunset bar" etc. Everything else you would need is also close by. Apartment has everything you would need for comfortable stay. Thawee is super responsive and very helpful!

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Was a gorgeous place to stay with a lovey pool, little gym and pool table down stairs. The location was amazing and so close to a big c and the Main Street of the town. Loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Also amazing as it is so close to the beach with amazing food and views. Had all the kitchen utensils you’d need and made you feel right at home!. Amazing staff in the building and security at night!. The host is amazing and so attentive she truly makes you feel at home in your new environment and will reply to at question very clearly! Was an amazing stay ESPECIALLY for the price would recommend to everyone as there is also a lift to the flat. Would definitely stay again!!.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Brian, for an unforgettable experience!

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

Oshin has been a wonderful host, we found the apartment to be exactly the same as described, i was in awe of the same. Great Location, Great Air Conditioners. Great aesthetics. the only thing which bothered me was behaviour of the reception staff, but that is not Oshin's responsibility. Also, the Lights in the apartment, some are not working and switching layout is just so confusing.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean as a whistle and great quality . Bed was huge and super comfortable. Slept really well here for a week. ( chronic insomniac!!) . Air conditioning was sublime. Lovely pool when you feel like a day off sight seeing . Walking distance from the beach - absolutely stunning also with several great beach cafés , and a ‘high street’ of more wonderful places to eat . A couple of super boojie cafes that are less ‘Thai’ but absolutely everywhere serves divine fresh fruit smoothies and really good coffee. Could have stayed a few years!!

A stunning villa—far more spacious than the photos suggest, with elegant finishes throughout. Highly recommend having a car or bike to fully enjoy the location.

This cute home was just perfect for some private time and had enough space for 1 person. The location for just right for my needs. I was really happy with the overall stay, everything clean and working smoothly. Lalisa is super friendly, helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place and if I come back to Samui I would stay here again.

A very very beautiful home. Picturesque on top of the mountain

We had two really great nights at this villa, the views and the facilities are incredible. Very spacious and well equipped villa that can comfortably house 8-10 people. The live-in maid was fantastic and very accommodating. The only downside is the construction of new villa next door to this villa which was loud at times. Also I recommend to rent a 4x4 SUV as the route up and down the villa is quite challenging. Overall this is a great place to stay if you have a big group of people. Highly recommend.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description. The owner got us a BBQ for pretty much the whole stay. Location is not that good, there are couple local grocery shops in walking distance, but something decent like 7-Eleven is 13-15 minutes away. Other than that there is not much else you can go to by foot. Beach is not in walking distance. Overall for money paid the experience was great.
