Holiday houses in Lipa Noi

Diese Unterkunft war mehr wie wir erwartet haben. Nicht nur, dass man herzlich und persönlich (aber trotzdem flexibel) in Empfang genommen wurde - wir hatten den Transfer mit gebucht - wir wurden auch mit zusätzlichen Infos rund um versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte ist zusätzlich zu dem professionellen Umgang mit uns auch die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung. Wir waren etwa eine Woche vor Ort und obwohl es wirklich ausreichend Handtücher gab, wurde die Unterkunft inklusive Pool 2x gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Darüber wurden wir vorab via Messenger-Service informiert sowie die entsprechende Uhrzeit kommuniziert. Es war einfach, unkompliziert und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Mit Roller ist alles einfach zu erreichen, aber auch für den ersten oder den letzten Tag kann man problemlos das Nötigste zu Fuß erreichen. Taxiservice usw. wird außerdem von der Unterkunft angeboten. 100% Empfehlung - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view that looked like it came straight out of a postcard. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—from a stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Waking up to the sound of birds and the gentle rustle of palm trees, followed by breakfast with a view of the ocean, was truly unforgettable. The private pool was a highlight—crystal clear, surrounded by lush greenery, and perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive from local restaurants, markets, and beaches. Whether we wanted to unwind or head out for some island adventure, everything was within reach. This home made our Koh Samui trip incredibly special. We left feeling relaxed. We'll be back

Great hosts both Jean and Fon. Organised a taxi from airport. Early check in. And a motorbike. Villa is amazing. The view is amazing. The pool is amazing. Everything was perfect. Fon answered all our questions very quickly. The villa had everything you need. We were a family of five and we did not want to leave. Best place we have ever stayed

Matt and the team do a wonderful job of making you feel at home. Matt is very responsive and happy to help at anytime. We had the most unforgettable stay at this Koh Samui villa — truly amazing from start to finish. The villa itself is absolutely stunning: beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and with breathtaking views that look even better than the photos. The sun rises from the east which leads to a perfect sunrise every morning. We’ve stayed in many villas across Southeast Asia, but this one truly stands out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Koh Samui. We’ll absolutely be back!

השהות אצל גרייס הייתה מדהימה וענתה על כל הציפיות שלנו ואפילו מעבר. גרייס הייתה זמינה עוד לפני ההגעה שלנו, עזרה לנו להזמין עיסוי לבית ועזרה לנו לשכור טוסטוס באיזור. היא קיבלה אותנו עם חיוך ונתנה מענה לכל בקשה שלנו. ובונוס בנוסף זה שיש לה מסעדה צמודה עם אוכל מאוד טעים!! אם אחזור לנופש שוב פעם בקו סמוי אין ספק שאני אחזור להתארח אצל גרייס

The villa should be a luxe Airbnb. Best place we have ever ever stayed. The team were amazing- especially Frook, she is the sweetest kindest most generous woman you will ever meet, she even plaited my hair for me everyday and shaved my friends back!! She prepared beautiful breakfast for us everyday and was always on site whenever we needed anything. There is no improvements I could ever think of. The place is so peaceful and so well designed. The nature is idilic and I would never want to stay anywhere else. I love you so much frook!! Thank you for the best stay of our lives ❤️❤️

This villa is an absolute gem! The interiors are beautifully curated with art and color -- but also comfortable for lounging and working. They center around a beautiful pool terrace that's well-equipped with sun beds and shade, plus more art and sculpture. And the bedrooms are comfortable and private. Lipa Noi was a delightful surprise as well. While Lamai and Chaweng felt crowded and noisy, this side of the island is green and lush with much quieter beaches and gorgeous sunsets. You'll need transportation (rent a scooter or rely on Grab) to get around, but the added travel is worth the tranquility. A total dream of a villa -- I've seen nothing else like it!

Nová hezká a prostorná vila v naprostém soukromí, pěkný bazén. Klidnější lokalita, blízko dobrá restaurace. Vřele doporučuji, stejně tak hostitele který nám se vším poradil a pomohl.
