I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

The house is good as new. It was so clean and tidy. Necessary things are provided. The caretaker was so reliable and kind. It's not hard to find the place and it's one trike away from everything you need. We enjoyed are stay!

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

Alcos residence is that place you’ll be happy to get back to after a long and tiring day. Every corner makes us feel at home—everything’s so clean, amenities are great, and the owners (Ate Dang and Kuya Ferdie) and caretaker (Ate Alice) are all responsive and accommodating. They even troubleshoot the shower the very moment we mentioned it! We had a trauma with transient houses before but Alcos residence made us believe that there are still gems out there! Plus, there’s a parking space too na visible sa CCTV ng owners. Thank you again for the comforting experience, more bookings po for you! 💕

The host was a great host. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and had the most amazing view.

We stayed at Loriella’s place for one week. Her place is complete with everything a family needs to make one’s stay comfortable - complete kitchen supplies and appliances, washing machine/dryer, spacious sala/dining with a huge TV and lots of games. Security is excellent, they make sure that only owners and/or their guests can enter the property. The kitchen sink was quite small but its okay, you’ll get used to it. The toilet and bath was well-stocked but it would have been better if there were floor mats inside. Overall, we had a great time staying at Loreilla’s place.

I had a wonderful stay and was able to relax for a couple of days. The place was peaceful, clean, and exactly what I needed for a short getaway. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The only problem I encountered was that there were times that the WiFi was not working, but overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, etc. including items needed for cooking such as oil, sauces and spices. The gazebo was great for our guests to celebrate my mother-in-laws 92nd birthday. The views overlooking Taal lake and volcano were beautiful. Thanks also to Maimai who was very helpful. If I ever come back to Tagaytay I will be booking your place. Thanks again Mars and Maimai.

We had an amazing stay! Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. The photos and listed amenities were spot-on and exactly as shown. The place had everything we needed: complete kitchenware, cooking condiments, toiletries, and so much more. Anything you could think of was already there—it truly felt like home. Location was also great as it is peaceful and very walkable. It even has a nearby playground and sari-sari stores. Thank you, Miss Roda, for such a wonderful experience!

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

Very hospitable, welcoming hosts. Any problems are responded to immediately. The house is superbly equipped for a long stay, but if something is missing, the owners will provide it upon request. The house is safe, the windows are protected from intrusion, and there is a video surveillance system. We want to return to this house again next time.

This was my second time staying in this listing and once again had a wonderful stay!. Would definitely recommend!!! Cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed in and wonderful host!!

The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

Our stay was amazing. My kids loved the room. We even spent more time in the room that outside. Feels like home. The place smells so good and clean. The caretaker was very friendly and made sure that we'll be able to enjoy our stay.

Aileen is probably the best host in town. Very attentive and friendly. She volunteered to be of service while we run errands outside Tagaytay. She is very cheerful and respects the wishes of the clients. She picked us up at the airport and drop off after we checked-out.

Everything was as described and we had a nice stay. Cecile greeted us and provided us an excellent tour of the condo. She was also very helpful throughout the stay (top notch job). This condo is well stocked and not too small. Internet ~200-300Mbps) and Aircon were reliable. The views are breathtaking! The only cons are that the linens are sheets were a bit old and did not smell good. Additionally, the water pressure was fairly weak. Of note, the balcony faces the road and the sliding door doesn't have the best sound insulation. When a loud motorcycle drives by, it is pretty loud, but overall the road isn't too busy at night.

My friends and I had fun! Room was squeaky clean and super bango! Ate mylene is the best!

Raquel’s place is very nice! It has the best view of Taal lake and what you see in the photos is what you get. The caretaker is responsive that tries her best to make my stay truly restful and special. The additional improvements that aren’t yet captured in the photos, like curtain in the bedroom, new sofa etc. I would stay there again when I visit Tagaytay!
