Het toilet-douche gebouw staat er direct naast maar is wel apart gebouwtje, wel zo prettig als je met meerdere gasten bent. Douchewater wordt electrisch verwarmd. Verwarming en koeling geschied doormiddel van een warmtepomp. Het grote panorama venster biedt niet alleen een schitterende uitzicht op de vijver maar ook de landerijen er om heen.

Das Haus wird in der kalten Jahreszeit durch einen Kamin beheizt. Die verglaste Terrasse fängt vom Frühjahr bis in den Herbst die Sonnenstrahlen ein und wird gern genutzt.
