A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. Graziano's apartment is large, comfortable, clean, super equipped and located in a very convenient location for those like us who wanted to visit Anghiari, Citerna, Città di Castello and San Sepolcro. I have not personally met Graziano, but he has always been present and attentive to respond to messages. I find the value for money of the house excellent and the cleanliness (alas not so obvious) excellent.

The house has a room, bathroom, living-kitchen, and a small balcony, all private. All the spaces are very large. We were very comfortable. We went in early January and the house was perfectly heated. The house was very clean, decorated, and with all the details cared for; you can see the dedication of the hosts. Spotless sheets and towels. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The perfect bathroom too. The house is secluded in a beautiful, relaxing setting, with a private lake, unpolluted by the city. The outdoor garden is huge and nicely cared for (even in winter). There are tables and chairs, grill and parking spot. On the property, they live Ascensina and Elisabetta; they constantly took care of our stay being pleasant. It was very nice to talk to them, they are very nice and a great company. Great Airbnb, highly recommended!

We truly cannot praise Rob and Ilonka’s place enough! They are truly the most caring, diligent, and thoughtful hosts we have ever had. The home was immaculate upon arrival, stocked with snacks, drinks, wine, and daily necessities. Rob and Ilonka were kind enough to give us a tour of the house, provide suggestions for stores and day-trips nearby; they even offered to start a fire in the fireplace during the cooler Tuscan nights. The views were breathtaking, and the pool was an excellent amenity to sit and enjoy the peaceful landscape. The couple did not miss a single detail, which was evident in how they care for their place, their generous hospitality, and their authentic desire to provide their guests with an extraordinary stay. From friends to family, we are beyond grateful for the people and place that made Tuscany feel like our true home away from home.
