Holiday houses in Lipsi

This house is amazing. It has plenty of super comfortable shared spaces where you can chill and take in the incredible view right in front of you. It’s stylish, modern, and designed with great ergonomics in mind. The bedrooms are spacious and set apart from the rest of the house, which gives you plenty of privacy when you need some alone time. Oh, and the double showers in every bathroom? Total game-changer! It’s perfect for both groups of friends and families. Located on the northern side of the island, it stays cool all the time and is just a 15-minute walk from the port. I can’t recommend it enough—along with the one-of-a-kind Lipsi Island—for anyone looking for a laid-back vacation, delicious food, and stunning beaches.

We stayed at Themos' apartment for 5 days. Were very pleased. His parents-in-law (who also live there) are lovely people as well. I recommend it without any reservation.

Moscha is great and so caring. Her place is a small serenite paradise where you want to stay for a very long time…. Once again, thank you for everything!!

Reminder of a simpler time in paradise. A symphony of goat bells will lull you to sleep through the gentle breeze coming through old Greek lace curtains. The bed and pillows ensure a restful slumber. This old fisherman’s cottage is renovated to perfection by a sympathetic eye. The open courtyard is a chore to leave, sunset views and a great view of the harbour that is reminder that Lipsi is only five-minute walk away, with restaurants and little stores (Anna’s Gift shop- 5*). Our favourite taverna was on the beach at Dilaila’s. Our favourite beach was Kato Koimissi. Yes, you can fit six in this place, three doubles and three bathrooms but we loved it for just two. It is very romantic, even for two 60-year-old Kiwis, it’s the perfect honeymoon spot or for a special occasion. Stavros is a super-efficient manager who values your privacy. I can’t imagine a better location on Lipsi. So very happy I decided on Nikiforos.

We just left this place in Léros and had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious and the view was simply beautiful, a real feast for the eyes. Our host was very thoughtful when picking us up from the port, which made our arrival even more enjoyable. We loved exploring the island, discovering delicious restaurants, and enjoying the different beaches. The kindness of the locals also added a warm touch to our experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable stay at Léros!

Wow! What can I say?! Emmanuel and his family are the BEST Airbnb hosts we have ever had! Angela and her husband (Emmanuel’s parents) kindly collected us from the port and took us to the house, then gave us a full tour of the town the following morning, giving us top tips on where to go, what to see and do. The location of the property is the best on the island. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the beautiful bay. So grateful to have met Emmanuel’s family and for them being so kind to us and for treating us like part of their own family. Thankyou so much guys for your kindness. We would love to come back and stay again. Katsadia is the place to be. You just can’t beat it! <3

We had such a lovely stay at Nikoleta’s place she was so helpful and kind. She ordered us taxis from the port and around the island, which was so convenient. She also left us food in the fridge which was so handy when we came back late at night. The place is amazing and truly relaxing, there’s two small beaches nearby that have no one on them. But we loved the slightly further away ones that you can walk or get a taxi to. A lovely places to stay and a lovely island, would recommend!

I spent a month at Σοφια’s and had an absolutely brilliant time. The house is even better than the pictures and right on the best beach on the island. Huge terrace overlooking the sea and the rooms where super clean and comfy. Carolina was super helpful with arrival information and always on hand if I needed anything. Couldn't recommend this space enough! Thank you Σοφια for the perfect month!
