The one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a small condominium, overlooking a large garden , has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room with kitchen! Solemare is on a quiet street at the beginning of the village a 7-minute walk from the main beaches of the village and downtown! You'll feel at home 😊

It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with the separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard , there is the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I renovated without distorting its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, smart TV in the living room , the Wifi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
