Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

SOLEMARE is located on a quiet street at the beginning of the village, a 7-minute walk from the main beaches of the village and the center! You will feel at home 😊

Typical house with independent entrance near the beaches. Bus stop 20 meters from the house. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, evening markets, parties in the square, and boarding for the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena. Skylight bedroom, not equipped with outdoor spaces, no one prohibits hanging out in the street, the inhabitants of the street love to sit outside the door of the house to chat on summer evenings, we find all this very characteristic! Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.
