Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Le Coeur de Marguerite à Menat

"Le Coeur de Marguerite" has been converted into a cottage in the heart of the Combrailles in an old barn. On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living space with access to the kitchen area and the bathroom, upstairs, a sleeping area with beds in alcoves. This accommodation is close to the Sioule (at the bottom of the property), the Queuille meander, Châteauneuf-les-Bains and its thermal baths, Vulcania in the Chaine des Puys and many other possibilities for visits and activities.

Peaceful oasis, the quiet of the countryside without any neighbors in a rental equipped with all the comforts you need for your stay. Each room has a view of the pond. If you want to recharge your batteries, this is the place! Located 5 minutes from St Eloy Les Mines and Gorges de la Sioule. Fishing is allowed (equipment is not provided), according to the principle of no-kill fishing. Thank you.

Grands Rochers Cottage

In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Here is peace and space with a nice view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, divided over two floors. Downstairs the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Above the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

Bonjour and a warm welcome to you! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who settled in the green heart of France at the end of 2020. We speak a little French, English and our native language, German. We invite you to discover the calm and magic of our new home. At our place, you'll find a rustic veggie garden and free-roaming animals like two nice pigs, lovely chickens, ducks, rabbits, and our two cats, named Panthera and Chaudchat.

Charming guest room with breakfasts.

We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June we offer a meal basket for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire farmer, homemade bread, cheese glass with fruit)+ €6 with a Btl de Chateaugay.

The Fountain House

Completely renovated farmhouse located 5 minutes from the A71 Gannat highway exit, including On the ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the living room, Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, shower room, toilet. Terrace, enclosed garden, unobstructed view and covered parking.

Chez Valouca

Ideal for 2 people, Valouca has been fully renovated and furnished and has an internet box. You will find all the necessary amenities and the expected comfort while being close to shops, restaurants and the market (Thursday morning). We provide sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing and cleaning products.

Côtes de Sioule Gite

130 m2 cottage with 2000 m2 wooded land in a hamlet overlooking the Sioule. Great for a peaceful stay with family or friends (maximum 7 people). Activities nature , hiking, discovering the heritage and the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne, fishing in the gorges of the Sioule; come and enjoy our restored house.
