The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for anyone who wants to be on the edge of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow brinker complex" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest balcony available. Parking.
