Approximately 4 meters above the ground, surrounded by green leaves, you can only feel comfortable. A day in the tree house (without the luxury of everyday life) slows you down incredibly. You shouldn't expect luxury, but rather an adventure and the challenge of getting by with little. With stick bread by the campfire and an evening view from the tree house into the starry sky, you can escape everyday life.

The centrepiece is a large conservatory, which lets you experience Sylt in close proximity to nature, whatever the wind or weather. With its large garden (about 800 m plot) and the spacious layout, our house is ideal for families. The east beach, which is particularly popular with families with children, is about 800 m away, while the west beach with volleyball court and dog beach is 15 minutes away by bike.

Hello and welcome to the "Wattläufer" in List (Mellhörn district). The apartment under thatched roofs lives up to its name: it is only 200 meters to the east beach. There is sea in the Wattläufer for breakfast: the apartment offers a direct sea view. On 2 levels there is also a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a kitchen with dishwasher (in the basement) as well as a south terrace and a "beach hollow" with beach chair.

THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.
