House holiday rentals in Listrac-Médoc

We had a great time at Sylvain's place. The house is very nice with a swimming pool and activities available (petanque court, table tennis, plancha). Ideal if you want to enjoy a peaceful house while being close to Bordeaux. Sylvain was responsive to our requests and did everything to facilitate our arrival.

Our party (5 couples) stayed at the property looking for an authentic experience of French food and wine, and hoping for a bit of rustic luxury sprinkled on top and this place did not disappoint. Everyone was blown away by the house's beautiful interiors, exteriors and amazing views. The house had everything we needed (and more). We loved the large outdoor table where we could all sit comfortably for a social breakfast and enjoy the stunning vistas. The location of the house is superb, surrounded by beautiful views and very peaceful. The bike ride to St Emillion took us along quiet country roads, meandering past many exquisite chateaus and vineyards. Finally, special mention to our wonderful host Ellie who couldn't do enough for us. Great recommendations, excellent local knowledge, extremely helpful and thoughtful, super fast to respond to any messages, and really flexible and generous.

Good large house overall - good spot for a family. The location is very residential so not much to do around and not super close to the city centre by foot. The parking is good for 1 car so if you are multiple families it may be a bit tough. The house was clean, good appliances and amenities in the kitchen so perfect to cook. The outdoor space is nice and adds a plus to the house. The host is not super fast to respond and the check in is very late so to note if you have children as you can’t enter before 5pm. Very kids friendly and enough space for families to be around and feel at ease.

J was extremely responsive and helpful! He was there when we arrived, showed us around the property, and made wonderful restaurant & activity suggestions. Because we arrived just before a holiday, he was very kind to help us make restaurant reservations for our entire stay; we would not have gotten in otherwise. The property was very centrally located - a short 1/2 block walk to Josie's Coffee shop; around the corner from a bike rental shop, bakery, grocery store, and the Lighthouse. We walked or biked around the town easily. The house was perfect - Cleanliness is super important to me and it was super clean. The house was recently renovated, had modern updates, and was very nicely decorated. The layout was perfect - each bedroom has its own bathroom. And, enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard at the pool in the late afternoon. This was a jewel of an experience for us.

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

The house and kitchen were very clean and extensively equiped with many condiments, cling wrap etc. Constance was very prompt and helpful when needed. Pool was heated which was a bonus. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Emma's place is stunning and our group had an amazing stay there! We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children and we had everything we could have wanted and needed at Emma's place. The kitchen is well-equipped and the garden is wonderful for outside dining and for the children to roam around. We really didn't want to leave! Emma was so kind to help us with our constant questions - she is the perfect host. Thank you for having us, Emma!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely perfect 10-day stay in this house in Lège-Cap-Ferret. The house is completely in line with the photos: pleasant, functional, very clean, and with a nice outdoor space ideal for relaxing. The welcome was excellent from the first day. Jonathan, our main contact via the Jo Bassin service, was very available and remarkably kind. He shared many good addresses with us, whether for restaurants or places to visit in the region. A big thank you to him for his professionalism and attention. We also thank Émilie who welcomed us on site when we arrived and who took the time to explain everything in detail about the operation of the house. Delphine was a fantastic host! Being a large group, it’s always hard to find a suitable place but this was perfect. Watersports on our door step, and beautiful sunsets every night. As a host, Delphine was great… always answered my messages and helped when we had a huge storm that stopped the electrics for some hours! Thanks for a memorable stay!

The house was great, beautiful, spacious, just like in the pictures. Good wifi.We were a group of 5 (1couple and friends) and everyone had their own space. There is a parking in the area but also the public parking is free. Would recommend it for a place to stay if you are in the area of Medoc.

Perfect house! Impeccable cleanliness, more equipped than necessary, there was everything, especially in the kitchen... a joy for the gourmets that we are! Great bedding. Very good baby equipment. Very quiet environment, the view of the vineyards from the kitchen is exotic. Very responsive host, an asset. In short, we will be happy to come back if we pass through the area again.

I had a great stay at Fleur's. The welcome was warm and the communication was smooth from the start. The accommodation is exactly as in the photos, very clean, well-equipped and carefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to everything you need, while being quiet and pleasant. Fleur is a caring and available host, ready to answer any questions and give useful tips to make the stay even more enjoyable. Very pleasant stay, we were greeted by Romain on our arrival, very friendly, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure, who did not fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoilt for choice. We had a great stay in the Bay of Arcachon. The house is ideally located to enjoy the activities of the basin (Vélodyssée, oyster farms, towns, etc.). The accommodation is functional and pleasant for the older and younger ones (petanque, swimming pool, ping-pong table, etc.). The accommodation is perfectly suited for a group of 9 people, each has their own space. Estelle and Annie were available, accommodating and punctual for check-in and check-out times. We recommend this accommodation and can't wait to come back and visit the basin!

Little paradise... so peaceful and beautiful. And not only the views, the little house was very tasteful decorated and very clean and neat. The hosts are super nice and hospitable, they make you feel like home. Might have been the best places I've ever stayed with airbnb! I could have stayed there for much much longer... Our stay here was wonderful. The house is roomy, nicely decorated and quite new. There is a very large laundry with washing machine and drying racks (no dryer), a large kitchen and meals area, two large bedrooms and a large outdoor area. The air conditioning is efficient and there is another air conditioning unit in the loft bedroom. The bedrooms have shutters to keep out the light and the beds and pillows are comfy. The TV is a smart TV and there are wineries everywhere in the area. As others have mentioned, there isn’t a toilet in the upstairs bathroom. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom are narrow and steep and this may pose a problem if you need a toilet in the middle of the night. Also, as the apartment is a little remote and has numerous windows at ground level, one may feel exposed. The windows are double glazed and the lock is strong but we closed the driveway gate to feel more secure. It was quiet and peaceful and we loved our stay.
