Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students ate their school lunch in the 1940s and 1950s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one the lunch lady cooked lunch on. She herself lived on the upper floor and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the rectory where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Det händer något med oss när vi tar oss tid att bara vara. Att leva det lite primitiva livet för en stund utan för den delen behöva tumma på alla bekvämligheter. Att släppa på vardagens bestyr, lägga ifrån sig mobilen och låta sig förunnas av det som finns runt om. Tända en eld, paddla kanot, titta ut över vattenbrynet från sängkanten då även bävern kan simma förbi ibland, koka kaffe och laga mat över öppen eld. Sängen är färdigbäddad när du/ni kommer. Hjärtligt välkommen!
