Beachfront holiday rental in Litibu

This is such a unique and lovely place. You are right on the ocean, rocks underneath that amplify the ocean sound all around you. When the ocean is wild you feel the intensity. And when it is calm you feel that peacefulness as well. Just a few steps from Isabel beach where you can swim and get some sun. Beds were so comfy, really cute place and the upstairs deck was a great place to meditate, watch for whales and look at the beauty of Yelapa from the ocean side. Chrissy is very sweet and kind and helped us find a porter to take our bags up and back to the pier. All in all we loved staying here and want to come back again. Casa Luna is a gem for sure.

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Luis is a great host. Communicative and flexible. The location is extremely beautiful with an ocean view on the balcony. The place was very modern and clean and Luis even had some welcome treats for us, and a whole jug of filtered water included. The only thing I would say is that it’s located at a pretty steep hill so I wouldn’t recommend walking up and down it to go to places. Ubers have no problems for pick up though, so I would just do that. 5/5 would recommend staying at this beautiful place.

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation for our visit to Puerto Vallarta and this place was perfect. Ubers are inexpensive and it's easy to get to town. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast, lunch or a sunset dinner/evening. The restaurant staff was wonderful and we never had a disappointing dining experience. You can rent a chair & umbrella on their beach. The larger beach was a 5 min walk. Mane was very responsive when I contacted him. Sunsets and early morning moons were simply beautiful. The housekeeping service was wonderful! We plan to book again in the future.

We had a wonderful time and hardly recommend this place, which is very clean and secure and relaxing. Jon was always very friendly , respectful and responsive when we have questions.

This is our second stay at Casa de Surf and we would never look elsewhere in Punta de Mita. The space is beautiful, comfortable and so convenient for experiencing the friendly atmosphere and welcoming town. Candice is an excellent host who makes traveling to her home easy and essentially seamless. She provides great information, recommendations and all the comforts of home. Visiting Punta de Mita and Casa de Surf will delight you and exceed your expectations. We were well cared for by the guards at the gate, who became our friends. We also received a referral for a private driver who took us to Puerta Vallarta, Sayulita and the airport. He is personable, courteous, dependable and a safe driver. Already want to go back, would highly recommend. This resort is the perfect location - close enough to the town of Sayulita but far enough away from the noise and chaos to have the most serene, private, relaxing vacation possible. They are currently doing construction on the decks for the villas, which is good because they were kind of falling apart. The landscaping also needed some work by the villas however the rooms are extremely clean, spacious and the views are unbeatable. It felt like sleeping in a tree house where all you can see is the ocean and sky. The service was outstanding. Wendy did a great job coordinating everything and everyone at the beach club (especially Eddy) were extremely nice. Would highly recommend a massage and golf cart rental to go into town! The best part about this stay was the beach club. We basically had it to ourselves most days. The pool, beach, and restaurant were like a five star resort. Drinks and food were great and prices were reasonable.

Our little family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at Valeria’s home. It was beautifully designed, super cute, clean, private, safe, and we felt right at home. Our kids loved the swing chair and the pool, which was a refreshing treat to escape the heat. We navigated the separate buildings just fine with our little ones. The beds were so comfortable and the showers were divine. We don’t love big resorts, so this place worked amazing for us. Located on a quiet residential street tucked into a bit of real life Mexico living and then just a couple blocks away you have all the tourist amenities you need and a few stunning surf breaks you can easily walk to. What more can you ask for! A very comfortable and authentic experience, win win! You can tell Valeria really cares about her home and wants to make sure you have a memorable vacation. Her staff on site are incredibly warm and friendly. We would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here.

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

Diana’s place was great. The location was amazing and the penthouse was fun to be at. We had a tiny issue with a key that was fixed immediately. A/C was also nice and wish it cooled a little better. Overall though, I’d definitely recommend this stay!

Es de los primeros departamentos que a mi punto de vista estuvo súper completo. Me he quedado en otros departamentos en la playa y este me sorprendió porque contaba hasta con sombrilla, carrito y sillas para pasar un día en la playa. Esta súper completo en todos los sentidos, realmente no te hace falta nada, eso a mi parecer se me hizo increíble. La playa la verdad no es la más bonita ya que estaba complicado ingresar por tantas piedras, pero Justo a un lado está la manzanilla y no le pide mucho. Todo el tiempo Alejandro estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y nos apoyaba con cada duda que teníamos, excelente persona. Sin duda volvería a regresar a este mismo lugar.

One of the best AirBNB’s we’ve ever stayed at. It was spacious, extremely clean, gorgeous views, peaceful/quiet and the communication with Dario was amazing. They were so helpful and met us at check in to give us a tour of the condo. It has everything you would need for a beach vacation. It’s like being at home, but there’s a beautiful beach (not as rocky as the beach a little north) and great pool mere steps away. Beds are comfortable and works great. Restaurants and shopping are walkable and it doesn’t feel like a tourist location. If you rent a car, I’d recommend using Gecko in PV. Highly recommend Pamela’s place!

Hermoso lugar para descansar en medio de la naturaleza, atardeceres increíbles.

Great stay for seven adults, 3 couples and one single. The casa was large and kitchen was well supplied. The two bedrooms with jack n Jill bath is more suitable for singles or just use one of the two rooms for a couple as we did. FYI, upstairs bedroom has tiny bathroom if concerned with privacy for couples use the room with two beds, it has a large bath. The new a/c in bedrooms was appreciated and worked well for all of us!
