Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Litibu

We had a wonderful time in Yelapa in this beautiful home! James was incredibly responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The views were breathtaking and the house was perfectly located. Yelapa was the perfect place for us to spend the week with our two toddlers. Lots of places to explore, animals to see and great food to eat. It was a dream vacation!

Todo muy bien, un lugar para descansar y pasarla bien; la ubicación es perfecta, hay restaurantes, tiendas y farmacias cerca, todo estaba como en las fotos, solo hacían falta algo de utensilios para cocinar, pero de ahí en más todo perfecto 👌 Sin duda regresaríamos en familia.

Excelente, nos encanta San Pacho y donde siempre sean bienvenidas nuestras mascotas 🐶❤️!! La casa tiene todo lo necesario, la alberca tiene timer por lo que está climatizada el agua lo cual hace muy agradable la estancia 😊, Como crítica constructiva le falta un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza al mobiliario de cocina como lo son refrigerador y estufa así como las áreas verdes poda y hojarascas. También agregaría tener un poco más de privacidad con el vecino de al lado, quizá poner alguna malla sombra. Steve estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros sin duda volveríamos !

It's difficult because much of our complications didn't have to necessarily do with the house itself. We loved the house. It was extremely difficult to get to and from town even when purchasing a golf cart, to which depending on the size of your group, we would definitely would get more than one cart because it was hard getting a lot of people up and down the mountain and charging the cart was a problem. I killed a very large cockroach that was on the very high ceiling of our bathroom but I had to spray chemicals all over to get it down. Also killed a large black scorpion in the master bedroom. Again, not necessarily the houses fault because you're literally almost in the woods up there so it made sense. The cleaning lady that was there every day was super kind and helpful. We had massage therapist come up to the house twice which was great. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we really liked and enjoyed the house but would probably stay closer to town next time.

Thank you so much for the experience your home provided. It was the first time all my adult children and partners went on vacation together with me. Your home was just right in order for everyone to have the experience needed and to want to do it again!! Yes ... every Moms dream. Your kitchen was amazing and my son who loves to cook found everything and more needed to prepare wonderful meals for us all. Everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom was a plus. The easy walk ability to the beach was enjoyed by all, as was lounging by the pool. I enjoyed yoga on the upstairs terrace most mornings. Your home is a beautiful retreat. San Pancho is our new favorite Mexican destination and we would definitely book again in the future.

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

This condo is so cute and colourful. The cobblestone streets have lots of little restaurants, taco stands in the evening and variety stores. There is one right across the street and it had everything you need and they will get you things if you ask. They even had wine! The bed in the condo is super comfortable for an amazing sleep every night. The AC unit works perfectly and when you shut it off, leave and come back it’s still cool. We took advantage of the roof top pool on several occasions and it was wonderful! We took cabs or Ubers to surrounding restaurants, Casita and Garden Restaurant was delightful! Sake and wine tastings along with delicious food. The Happy Lobster is yummy and it’s right next door. If you love tacos and all a few blocks to Kosta Tacos! Best tacos I have ever had! If you’re on the Malecon try Pipi’s restaurant if you like Mexican food. We would recommend the Rhythm of the Night show. The owners allowed us to have a late check out! So happy with our stay!

David was an exceptional host—genuinely attentive, highly responsive, and went out of his way to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. When we arrived, we learned the rooftop was still under construction, but David more than made up for it with his accommodating nature and thoughtful communication. The studio itself has great water views, best enjoyed through the huge accordion door windows. Whether you're working remotely or just unwinding with a morning coffee, the vibes are ideal. Location-wise, David’s home hits the sweet spot. Situated on the quieter north side of Sayulita, it offers a welcome escape from the late-night noise and riff raff, while still being within walking distance—about 10-15 minutes on foot. That said, I’d highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area more freely and make any runs you need. Though the rooftop wasn’t finished during our stay, the sneak peek we got of the views up there was enough to guarantee a return visit.

Las fotos de este departamento no le hacen justicia. Está más lindo en persona. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, centro de lavado, cocina bien equipada, y la cama está SUPER cómoda. Mi esposo y yo lamentamos no haber agendado toda nuestra estancia en este lugar. Dormimos como reyes, no había ruidos ni entraba la luz. La alberca está muy bonita, con una vista increíble. El gimnasio está bien equipado y hay una zona de hamacas donde puedes descansar. Cuenta con seguridad y su propio estacionamiento, y fue muy sencillo acceder. La comunicación con Sebastián y Louis fue sencilla y eficiente. Es de los mejores lugares en donde nos hemos hospedado en México. Si regresamos a Puerto Vallarta nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

The location is about 10 min away from the location showing on Aurbnb and Google maps but Uriel was very responsive and provided an ATV ride to take us to the Airbnb. He was also very accommodating regarding the check-in and check-out times. He has a very sweet dog named Tequila 😃

This is by far, the most beautiful, hidden gem i have ever found in Mexico! I have traveled to many many places off the beaten track here over many years.. Besides amazingly beautiful, it is peaceful, serene, charming, and very comfortable.. Ramiro and his family are equally beautiful. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and hardworking...such a pleasure to meet this lovely family. Yes it is rustic, and yes it is full of charm! If you require everything 100% perfect, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience spectacular views, the beauty of nature in the mountains, authentic living, and meet this wonderful family..you have my highest recommendation... I will be back!

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

El alojamiento es encantador como se describe, ideal para aislarse y descansar. Alan y Vanessa fueron muy atentos. El acceso por lancha depende del clima, y el muelle de llegada está en muy mal estado. Alan muy al pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos tuvo que mandar lancha privada a Yelapa, tuvimos que pagar el doble ($300 por persona). El tapanco donde está la cama queda al nivel del suelo junto al camino, lo que puede incomodar si buscas privacidad, tiene un techo inclinado que dificulta subir o bajar, hay que espabilarse bien en la noche antes de bajar al baño. Tampoco se puede dejar comida fuera del refrigerador, ya que animales accedieron incluso a un anaquel alto. La playa es pequeña, con piedras, con boyas a 30 m, no apta para nadar, es más bien para disfrutar de la vista, vimos ballenas muy cerca! no hay atardeceres visibles ni mucho sol en el alojamiento. Desde el camino y otro alojamiento se ve el área donde pega el sol así que no hay mucha privacidad.

My stay at this property was truly exceptional. Upon my arrival, I immediately felt at ease. The serene atmosphere provided a sense of tranquility, allowing me to enjoy the beach in solitude. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

Una casa muy amplia y ordenada, muy cómoda para descansar y muy fácil de encontrar

nos encanto la estancia en este lugar, ofrecieron mas de lo esperado, experiencias bonitas y agradables, nos unieron con ellos para pasar año nuevo juntos, me ayudaron en todo lo que necesitaba, faltaban algunas cosas en la habitacion pero al pedirlas de inmediato nos las brindaron, Janeth y su familia asi como los chicos de el lugar son muy agradables, amables y accesibles. mis hijos estuvieron felices ahi y yo con la comodidad de saber que estaban seguros, simplemente fue genial haber elegido su estancia, un poco retirado pero igual servia para conocer nuevos caminos. sin duda es un lugar recomendable tanto por el inmueble como por la atencion brindada por todos los involucrados en el lugar. gracias Janeth
